“There was a good level of detail in the home reports I ordered for all three of my rental properties that I was selling. The valuations were reasonable overall. When I raised questions, the surveyors were generally quick to answer. However, I found the cost of the reports was high.”

“A thorough job with rapid report feedback. But it would have been useful to me as a non-builder / limited skill set at DIY man for the surveyors to explain and show me and discuss each element in repair category 2.”

“The entire experience went very smoothly indeed. The surveyor contacted me promptly, arranged a suitable time which was convenient to me. He surveyed my property in a very professional manner and explained the process going forward. What didn't go well was that three times the SurvPoint website rejected my payment, thus delaying the availability of the report. Eventually I had to ask my estate agent to make payment on my behalf.”

“This was a Home Report. Andrew Neil arrived promptly wearing a mask. He inspected the house inside outside and grounds thoroughly and explained what he needed to see. He was polite and professional at all times. He told us the timescale for the draft report and what we needed to do. The report arrived within 24 hours and we accepted it. The charge seemed standard and required to be paid in advance. Some of the questions which follow are not relevant.”
