“The actual surveyor that handled our case was lovely. Just post Covid so everything was done at a distance & professionally, seemed a very genuine and honest guy. The ‘older’ woman at the front desk however is the opposite. Her customer relations is something she definitely needs to work on, her mannerisms are very blunt & unhelpful & not what you would expect from an individual who is going to take a significant amount of money off you. Have dealt with this lady twice for the same thing in Nov 2019 & this year and same both times. She does not depict a good image of the company by her abruptness in telephone manner. Individual sounds like they have been in the job too long I would say.”

“The service was proficient and professional throughout. Pre-survey information as to how to prepare for the visit in light of the current COVID situation was clear and well-laid out. The surveyor came at the appointed time, completed the survey and I had the home completed in a timely manner. Overall, very happy with the whole process.”

“Quick responses to calls or emails. They helped us keep our tight schedule. Got a hone report on our own property and a survey on potential house. Best money I’ve spent getting the survey as there were many many issues with that properly and they helped us ‘dodge a bullet’ Only 4/5 star as when people arrived to do our home survey they basically ask to have the house to themselves. I understand current climate requires social distance but I’m never going to let 2 strangers just roam my house completely unsupervised. The online ‘training’ I had to watch and sign before their visit asked for social distance, not for me to leave the house to 2 strangers... So that made me uncomfortable with the men. But otherwise they were completely professional.”

“From the first contact the staff were professional helpful and took the time to explain things fully. The house visit given the current conditions was carried out safely and all assessment of risk looked at The overall service was first class and I would gladly recommend Shepherds to others”
