“The process of instructing a Home Report was fairly straightforward and with it all being in an online platform made the whole process easy to use and navigate. The Inspection was booked almost immediately. The surveyor was prompt and the turnaround time was quick for having sight of the draft report. The whole thing was slick.”

“Punctual and efficient service for providing a home report. Quite happy with it. The online system for actually getting it was quite complicated and I hate having to make a password when really it should not be necessary for this sort of thing. The customer should not have to battle with these systems when paying a LOT of money for something that clearly did not take very long! No choice because you have to have a home report and all the companies charge an inordinate amount.”
