“The two surveyors were polite, friendly and efficient. They explained the process thoroughly. I was impressed with the speed of delivery of the home report. On reflection, I would like to have contributed more information on the state of the property to them though I do not know if this is possible or good practice. But overall I am very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Shepherd Chartered Surveyors to others.”

She was very pleased with the two gentlemen that arrived who she said were very polite, friendly and carried out their survey very professionally.
