I made an order on 25th March and haven’t had feedback regarding a delivery date yet.

A month ago has choosen a delivery date for Thursday and arrange a handyman to help to fix it at the weekend. The shed didn’t arrive. A few phone conversations and cutomer servise replied to my email that they trying to find out why we haven’t receive it but 3th day and no answer yet. So weekend plans are messed up. And don’t know when to expect it. So disappointed.

Extended delivery time without any notification. No email to confirm order so had to research to find contact details. Called to cancel then told I had to email. When I emailed they tried to stall and asked if there was something else I wanted to order instead. Ordered from another supplier for a different shed delivered 9 weeks earlier. Total waste of time and effort.

If i could give zero i would. Utterly terrible company and appalling service. I received a shed and waited 3 weeks, i put it together, get to the roof to find they have sent a roof far too big and the wrong felt too, different to the size of the roof they sent and to the size they should have sent. I informed them of this on the day i received it and supplied photos as proof. I hear nothing for 5 days apart from a standard response blaming the 'manufacturer', while it is their fault, the retailer holds the responsibility. They now say it will be delivered 12 days after the original 'shed' leaving it open to the elements for that whole time and refuse to offer compensation and i'm now stuck with a damaged product. Avoid this company they are terrible, who knows if i'll ever have the shed i ordered? £379 down the drain.

Poor rating owing to a number of problems including product quality and the fact that the base supplied along with shed was not large enough.

Really bad experience. I don’t recommend this company at all. I ordered a greenhouse. I had to wait 2 weeks to arrive and 5 min before the delivery I got a call from the driver saying the greenhouse is damaged so he isn’t going to deliver it. Customer service then told me I’ll have to wait 1 month to get a new one and after writing an email their response is: “ I understand your frustration, but unfortunately we do not cover any third party costs.” Think twice before buying anything from this people!!!

Sorry, I ordered something and you were obviously out of stock delivery date late June earliest, I would not have ordered. You team have called and left VM but no email to confirm. I would like a refund

Very slow web site. No notice of delivery which had been promised as I’m a shift worker with the NHS and need to sleep during the day. So hopefully the person who didn’t phone me in advance doesn’t need me on a 999 call as I might just be too tired to do my job properly just like the person who was going to call me and didn’t do their job properly!

Shocking customer service. Sub par shed received with doors that didn’t fit and nails that were either hanging out or missing. I was initially told by this company that the doors don’t fit because the wood was swollen (by quarter of an inch),apparently if I painted the shed that would help the wood shrink....so following their advice I painted it, of course this made no difference. I was then told the doors won’t fit because I hadn’t built the shed on a flat surface ... This was nonsense, the shed was on a flat and solid as a rock base. This was just an excuse, this company will simply take ZERO responsibility for poor workmanship. I was told that because the shed was built, it couldn’t be returned ... even though it was faulty!! Finally when they couldn’t be bothered with me anymore, they told me to get my own advice (I assumed they meant a carpenter!!). So I did !!! ..... Said professional carpenter informed me that the shed SHOULD NOT have been painted if the wood was still swollen, this will simply trap any condensation inside the wood!! He then advised the only way to get the doors to close at this point was to cut the doors down!!! This company are great at selling .... they’re shoddy at everything else. AVOID this company unless you don’t mind having a poorly manufactured shed and don’t want any after sales customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I am being ignored as I have complained. We pointed out damaged parts and promised a replacement and still waiting a year later. We are not the only customers to complain about water seepage and being told ‘we didn’t apply the correct product’. The photos of the products on the screen look lovely but let’s see what happens a year down the line

My advice STAY AWAY from this product. Very poor quality and shocking customer service.1 star is one too many for the shed I bought from this website. The shed is very flimsy and certainly not worth £1,000. Parts of the shed were damaged in transit and I was told to get on with it as there was not structural damage. When I questioned gaps and holes in the side panels I was again reminded that there is no structural damage and I should use some wood filler to fill the whole. Customer service told me that no she dis waterproof and I should invest a lot more in getting a cabin log if I wanted a waterproof shed. The final straw was a lecture on how trees grow which explained the wholes and that I would need to seek legal advice if I ma not happy with the product.

We are sorry to read of your disappointment. All products (excluding special/bespoke orders) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund provided they are sent back in the condition they are delivered in. Once assembled, as with any product the customer is deemed to have accepted the product as seen and a product can only be returned if there is a manufacturing fault that makes the product not fit for purpose/dangerous or less desirable for its intended purpose. A cosmetic defect on a outdoor timber building is not considered a fault. In regards to waterproofing the shed, timber is a naturally porous material, therefore a barrier needs to be created between the rain and timber. This is done by using a treatment that includes a water repellant. Some brands that have this protection may need a couple of coats to adequately seal the timber. Although water seepage may seem alarming, it is easily fixed with the correct application of a suitable treatment and isn't a fault of the shed. We realise this is not what you want to hear and we are sorry, however we have offered the correct remedy .

Avoid at all costs! I purchased an Adley pressure treated ship lap mover shed a few months ago. It has leaked from the sides and back since building it! I also replaced the roofing felt with a higher grade as the one supplied ripped during construction. Many many many emails later apparently the company are not interested rectifying the problem. The product is not fit for use as it leaks every time it rains despite water resistant treatment! Shed.co.uk fail to understand (as pointed out multiple times) they either need to rectify or refund under consumer rights legislation if the product is under six months old. Legal action to recover the purchase price is the next step with a description of events to trading standards... very disappointed and feel let down by this company! ...

Having purchased a log store only half the parts arrived, the instructions were impossible to follow and the product was exceptionally poor quality and build quality, with next to no stability or strength. I requested a refund or even a credit note to replace this and buy a more sturdy product from Sheds.co.uk but was refused as the unit had been part built, despite my explanation that without attempting to build this I would not have been aware how atrocious the quality was. Even the missing parts were not dispatched with any urgency. Really atrocious service and product.

Well had to give 1 star, as wouldn't let me write review with zero stars! Avoid these sheds unless you are a qualified joiner! Shed arrived with strips of wood nailed into the side pieces of the shed, not just one or two nails but about 10 in each! This is apparently to ensure a swift turn around and speedy delivery! The nails split the wood, which doesn't look good! If you order a larger shed that needs 2 panels joining, expect a 'v' shaped gap down the middle! The lines of the wood do not match up, so if you're particular about straight edges, give up now! All sides are like this, not just one! The roof again on the larger models, come complete with extra air holes! The sides do not match up, leaving again large gaps! Shed co.uk are not interested in after sales help, they just send poor quality sheds and do not care. I would not recommend these sheds to my worse enemy! I do have photos if anyone would like to see, unfortunately this website doesn't allow me to add, but writing a Trust pilot review next and will add photos then. Hope this helps.

They started building it (and I started paying for it) more than six months ago. I'll let you know when they've finishing building it, if it's still standing by then.

Delivery was great, on time and kept up to date, however, for the price I paid of the shed the quality was quite frankly shocking. There were exposed nails that were supposed to be holding the feather board to the frame that were just sticking into the shed. The floor to the shed was so flimsy you couldn’t even walk on it. The felt ripped every time you tried to roll it out and the roof is only actually supported by one roof strut.

Been advised we used an incorrect product on our summerhouse. We purchased the more expensive roofing felt, however if this is what was delivered was more than useless. The shed is sodden on the roof. Plus the walls are leaking. On querying we were told that as we had not coated with the correct preservation there was nothing they could do. Even if this were the case this should not prevent the roofing felt from doing its job and stopping the water coming through the roof. On top of that the doors have never closed properly and am very disappointed in the product and lack of positive customer service.

Purchased the Adley New haven log cabin which was delivered in September Since it’s been built I have had nothing but problems It’s constantly leaking and the wood is all now damaged Still trying to dry it out and paint inside so it can be fit for purpose Biggest waste of £1500
