“Whilst the website is ok, they say free delivery but when you get to the delivery page we get charged £70.00 we spend over £1300 on 2 sheds and would expect the delivery to be removed. I even spoke to customer service but they would not remove the delivery charges. So whilst we bought the sheds we felt cheated and would think twice next time.”

“I purchased an Adley 6x4 overlap shed through Sheds.co.Uk. The process itself was brilliant from start to finish. I’m yet to put the pieces together/up, but I’m very happy with the product I have received thus far. The delivery process was extremely efficient, the delivery driver (Neil from Mercia GP) was lovely and very helpful. Communication was faultless. Overall very happy.”

“Having looked on several websites I decided to purchase my Adley Tulip arbour from Sheds.co.uk. The products are all made of quality timber which should last for many years whereas on some other websites the products looked flimsy. The price is very good and was able to choose a delivery date which was suitable for me. Overall a good experience.”

“excellent shed , well thought out & extremely well engineered , supposed to be a 2 man job for my 10 x 8 shed but I managed it myself & I,m in my sixties , would buy another if needed & would recommend one to anyone”

“She’s arrived and was delivered ok. Was informed assembly would be same company, however waited over two weeks for assembly and then it was a very poor job. I have take. Pictures of the poor workmanship but so t know who to send it too! Expensive shed and assembly - poor workmanship. Would not recommend”

“I’ve purchased 4 “sheds” now, 2 actual sheds, 1 summer house and 1 playhouse, currently waiting for the playhouse to arrive. Very happy with the service from start to finish, and the quality and price of the sheds. I can say the first shed we purchased stood sound for 7 years without any rot (protected following manufacturer instructions) and the reason for the second shed was only to downsize from the first. Will continue to use sheds.co.uk for my garden needs.”

“The worst customer service I've ever received, mostly because there wasn't any customer service, I chased non-stop, I phoned regularly, they had my money they weren't interested in helping me with my order. Be aware if it says 'In Stock' it is not, it's built to order, where it states delivery days - it's also incorrect, my order said 'In Stock', '5-10 days', it has just arrived this morning, 1 month after ordering my in stock shed. Whilst the website is very easy to use, it is also very misleading, with the incorrect information on stock availability and delivery times, they also show an image of a delivery truck with their branding... I had DX Couriers, not even sure if they have their own delivery services. Yes, I got the result I wanted but only after I spent hours of my time repeatedly chasing for email updates (with no responses bar 1), many phone calls (with at least 15 minute wait time before answering, or just not answering at all), to finally having to waste more time going in to get the desired outcome. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be recommending Sheds.co.uk to anyone. In summary, if you want to give a company your money and hear absolutely nothing from them, then shop with these, if however, you'd like to know what is happening with your order, then do not shop here because they do not care once they have your cash.”

“I ordered a Rowan 8x 8 corner sunhouse, so disappointed in the condition of the sun house,, gaps on panelling, chunk scraped out by window, doors too small, fo the price I was of expecting a better quality, very disappointed, have since e mailed the company on numerous occasions with no reply”

“I spoke to a chap firstly to get some more info before I went ahead with my purchase he was really helpful and a very nice manner he then explained what my next steps so that I could order the shed it all went so smooth thank you for all your help looking so forward to getting the shed. I ordered the 10×8 she shiplap barn looks so cool”
