“Telephoned your company James Lettersee advised me then emailed and James replied immediately with my further enquiry and I subsequently placed an order which is due for delivery on 5June, All went so smoothly as I am an elderly person on my own and wasn't sure what to order, if the decking tiles fit Iok I will be ordering more Thank you so much Sheds Pauline Jones”

“Communication from Sheds.co.uk extremely poor and basically non existent. They state that within 3 working days you will be contacted regarding delivery, there was no contact from them. They state on the web site that the items would be delivered in 2 to 5 days, they did not achieve this and it was eventually delivered in 13 days without any feedback without telephoning and emailing them. No contact made by the courier on the day of delivery as promised on the web site. Tracking link was provided by Sheds after a number of telephone calls to them. Currently have no issues with the quality of the corner sofa but communication was dire.”

“Well this is disappointing. It has been 12 days and I have not received my purchase or any delivery dates or instructions. I have also had no replies or contact from the company via email and their offices appear to be ignoring all calls. Won't be buying from this site again.”
