“Emails originate form at least 3 different domains so difficult to keep track of correspondence. Summerhouse instruction went printed with every second page upside down and out of order - some needs to learn how to use a printer.”

“Ordering and delivery was very easy and good Comms. Shed itself is flimsy and not very well made and has gaps between some of the panels so it won't be watertight. Only supplied with two door hinges and really needs 3 so I'll buy another to put on. Used our own screws as the ones supplied were cheap and soft. Hopefully it will last, time will tell 🙂”

“Good value for money instructions could be a bit clearer or all parts codes with letters but all in all very happy with it and the service was faultless. Delivery driver Jimmy was fantastic”

“Bought 7x9ft shed. Good modular design. Instructions especially where to screw in could be better. No clear points noted for joining roof sections together or walls to floor. Very skimpy on screws provided and no room for errors in wooden strips. Instructions said 4 X 10ft sections for roof felt. Only supplied 38ft 8 inches of roofing felt. Actually only needed 3 strips so had plenty in the end. Shed is solid and overall happy with it.”
