“A great selection of sheds and out-buildings, for all budgets. Almost too many to cope with! It felt like every time I searched I found different sheds. A bit more guidance on what differentiates a shed from a potting shed from a storage shed would be good. And what the difference is between the different build methods - which is sturdier, will last longer, is easier to erect, etc.”

“While the selection is good, and the reviews of the website itself look promising. I don’t think it’s made explicitly clear that someone else will be supplying the sheds and that they may have terrible reviews. Had a major problem with my shed and waited a couple days to get a response from sheds.co.uk as they had to wait for a response from a third party as to the issue. Response was just copied and pasted from the third party which offered no reasonable resolution and Sheds.co.uk left it at that.”

“Disappointing service. I ordered a shed that was advertised as 5 - 10 days delivery, however 17 days later still no shed. I have had to chase up twice, and the only update I have is that it was dispatched to the courier on the 10th day and I should allow a further 10 working days for delivery which will be 24 days after I ordered. There isn't even an acknowledgement from them that this isn't within the 5 - 10 days delivery window advertised, and I have no contact details or tracking info from the courier. They should change the website to make it more clear if they think that 24 days is still on time. 5 - 10 days dispatch + 10 working days for delivery is what it should say.”

“Good website and very easy to order my shed. It would be great if it had lighting options in the extra steps when ordering, especially if these were tried and tested by you on sheds in situ (and therefore an honest review). Having a finance option is very handy too.”

“. No one bot 1)a damaged shed was delivered (broken shed panel) and I pointed this out to the driver who noted on the delivery notes. 2) I informed Sheds.co.uk by telephone and online too. After informing Shed.co.uk about the damaged panel and calling on numerous occasions to follow up, nothing was done to see about repair or replacement. 3) No communication or updates was received. 4) I had to call the supplier to inform of damaged shed and was informed that this was not communicated to them by Sheds.co.uk 5) requested for a refund and arranged collection of damaged shed from Sheds.co.uk, it took a while to get my money back. I found myself chasing Sheds.co.uk to confirm that collected shed had been received. The worst after sakes service ever.”

“Very very good service kennels X 2 arrived within a week a lovely driver Kevin very helpful shame he never had time for a cuppa after starting at 04.30 kennels are good quality wood no cheap material used I’m sure our dogs will be happy we are !!!!! Well done”

“This is the second shed we have purchased from Sheds.co.uk as the first shed we purchased last year was great. Went together well etc, and for us, good value for money. This second shed is a larger size as we needed both sheds replacing and took a chance with the smaller shed first”

“Browsing your website was very pleasing. My son works in digital marketing and he agreed that the images of your various products were of the highest quality also navigating the site was very easy. I continued browsing even after I had made my purchase. Just one minor issue, the order confirmation was a little confusing as I had to look in my email spam to find it.”
