“Shed arrived damaged and was refused.... Delivery company made promises they didnt keep, Sheds.co.uk spoke to me on delivery day when i rang them.... nothing since - even though there has been no delivery. pretty poor experience.”

“Have just requested to cancel my order for a shed as I waited in and wasted 5 hours of my day for the shed to never turn up,No communication to say it was late or any order updates.”

“Placed order. Received confirmation email but no idea when it’s being delivered. Phoned to find out, couldn’t get through to anyone. Eventually phoned the Sales phone number and person very unhelpful. Still don’t know when it’s arriving so I can take time off work to receive delivery”

“Gave one star as ordering was easy, staff helpful & delivery fine. However bought a Hartwood 6 x 8 Shiplap for £409 & would have been disappointed if it cost £49. Corners wouldn't line up at all as it was so badly made & someone who has built many sheds was doing this. Gaps in every corner, bought longer screws & four tubes of clear silicone sealant, eventually sorted out the problem with the corners but the first time it rained heavily there was leaks everywhere, rain was actually coming in through the "Shiplap" walls. Believe me we took great care & all the wood is treated & the shed is on a flat paved base. Bought the shed in June, now late August & I will be taking it down next year. I wouldn't insult anyone by giving it away for free, it is going to the tip & I will buy a new shed from elsewhere. Bought for general household storage & can't store anything. We accept nothing is perfect & leave positive reviews if things are just ok!! This is our first bad review about any company!”

“Hi. Very easy to find and purchase the products. However, on receiving the products they were poorly constructed and pieces missing. I have contacted the relevant people to get my money refunded..this was 2 weeks ago..I haven't heard back yet, and £140 poorer to date.”

“Shed was broken on arrival, several slats dislodged and one beam actually broken in two (they delivered both pieces). It won’t be expensive for me to fix but it means another trip to the DIY shop and assembling it tomorrow instead of today.”

“Ordered a play house, that was easy online but I paid for delivery and was told 2 to 7 days, as yet NO play house this is the 7 day, well that's ok you might think!!! but I have had nothing to say when it is coming or when I ordered nothing to say when to expect it . Rubbish!!!!”

“No email communication except email requesting review. Padlock arrived first (no explanation). The shed then arrived (23rd August), but without the platform I'd ordered at the same time. Called MGP to follow up, but it turns out that they only deliver the platform, and they've scheduled that for 24th August, and have emailed me about that. So the first communication from sheds.co.uk is this request for a review. Not at all impressed, and would suggest to others that they look elsewhere if they want reliable communication and delivery.”

“We purchased a shed on the 9th July, took them over two weeks to response about getting the correct delivery address and once delivered the roof panels were missing and the side panels were the wrong colour, which took another week for the roof panels to be delivered and as from the 20th August we are still waiting for the correct coloured side panels to be delivered. I have emailed numerous of times for the missing parts but the customer service is appalling and ignores my request for money back which is advised on their website”

“Purchased a Palram plastic shed. Note: panels are only 1 mm thick. At £479 I would expect a good quality product. Had phone put down on me when I said I wished to record part of the conversation. Funny when they record you but that’s ok I guess. Very unhappy with product and service. I wonder if this review be published?”

“I emailed to try to change the order and I had replies from 5 different people, never answering my question and not talking to each other. I couldn't get through on the phones the first few times I called. When I eventually got through the problem was solved quickly and easily. I had a simple question - can I change the order and if so how do i pay the difference!”
