“You still haven't delivered due to your drivers calling in sick. I was told this the morning of my delivery with my fiance and I both taking the day to work from home to be sure we were in. Whilst you cannot control sickness, you can control the process of alerting customers and reporting sickness to yourselves. I hope my she will arrive as scheduled this time.”

“The shed was £209. Sounds cheap doesn't it? Well, now I know why. This piece of rubbish is only worth a hundred quid at the most. Can't you find a straight piece of timber? What the heck! I would say that the panels were put together by Monkeys but Monkeys would have shown more pride in their work! The 'Window' is beyond a joke, the 'door' is so bent it will not close, I can easily get my hand behind and between the slats. I may just as well thrown a tarpaulin over my tools for all the good this is... I will never buy from you again!”

“Poor from start to finish. No receipt sent for online purchase. Unable to get through to (presumably understaffed) phone lines - 72 hour turnaround on response to emails. Delivery included several pieces in a plastic wrap full of condensation - wooden pieces wet; one finial had rotted in half. Packing blocks employed threaded nails and were almost impossible to remove - by contrast several nails on the shed missed did not join revealing a total lack of pride in workmanship. Assembled shed was asymmetrical e.g. door parallel to sides; clearly angled horizontal lines; shiplap did not match on panels. Consequently floor was not level. This was not a cheap shed - I went for quality but obviously missed the mark completely in choosing sheds.co.uk.”

“The majority parts of the shed are ok, however the door is too small and the wood is very thin, it twists when opening it- disappinting now got to pay someone to try and sort it out.”

“Ordered 5 6x4 overlap fence panels, construction poor, stretching the point 'overlap'. Admittedly some years since purchasing last lot of panels, but comparing the 2, one striking difference, last panels had 18 feather edge boards spanning 6 ft. these panels have 17 of the same width covering 6ft. Some boards not even overlapping. Sorry absolutely no chance of any positive recommendations.”

“Delivery service only provide kerbside delivery. Live in apartment on 5th floor with lift. Driver refused to bring product to front door of apartment as it is not kerbside and he is on his own and doesn't have time. The time it took for me to go down to ground floor, was ample time for driver to deliver to my address. Product has now been left unsecured in communal area of building until I can arrange for someone to move this for me. Unable to move item myself as I suffer from mobility related disability. Would not order from this company again, or recommend to a friend, unless they are competitive weight lifters.”

“I called to add on the installation of the shed but was told that the computer would not allow it. I respectfully said that I was happy to pay but they still couldn’t do it. The lady said she had already told 2 other people this week that it can be amended under any circumstances, she wanted to help but her hands were tied! I asked if we could have the name of the installer so I could contact them direct but again she couldn’t do that.”

“Contact from company is practically non existent unless you say you want to cancel the order, then they take notice, I think I will be receiving my order on wednesday but im only the customer so im not important to this company and dont need to be kept informed. Customer service is really bad.”

“The price is good but the business model Sheds.co.uk use is a recipe for chaos. Our installation was not booked in properly and the shed sat in pieces in our garden for 3 weeks. It took me 5 phone calls to establish what had happened and get the installation booked. On the day of the installation the installer was nearly an hour late. This created more problems as we'd made sure someone was in during the delivery slot but then I had to go to work and he turned up when nobody was home! The only reason I didn't give a one star review was because the assistant in the call centre was genuinely helpful and tried to help me to find a solution. In summary: Buy if you want a cheap shed. Avoid if you don't like administrative cock ups!”

“Hi the problem was your drivers attitude ! I asked if he could drive round to my back garden which would have taken all of 2 Minutes, his response was 'No Chance'! He said 'its a kerb drop delivery', so when I said in that case put it on my front garden he wasn't exactly over the moon by that !, He also left wood and plastic bands in the middle of the road which I picked up and disposed of !”

“Shed ordered 1 April 18 with agreed delivery 11 April 18 (longer than I wanted but within the stated 7-14 days. Arrangements made based on delivery date. At the very end of the day, we were informed delivery cancelled because driver had exceeded his hours. I contacted the delivery company who said delivery was rescheduled for 18 April 18. I was not happy with this. I got in contact with Sheds.co.uk and they spoke to the separate company who manufactures and delivers the shed, but they still said there is nothing they could do. I stated this date would exceed their stated 7-14 days delivery but they stated the terms and conditions do not guarantee this. They also stated I should ask the delivery company for a 'gesture of good will'. Sheds.co.uk only sell the items, it is a different company that manufactures and delivers it. Although they advertise 7-14 days delivery they have no real commitment to achieve this. If they miss your agreed delivery slot, for reasons not of your making, they do not make any special provision, they reschedule at their convenience. I requested a 'gesture of good will', in the hope this would be earlier delivery, but I did not receive anything, so I do not know what this was. Sheds.co.uk just play the game of blaming the delivery company and the customer does not have a contract with the delivery company so has no leverage. The delayed shed delivery had a knock on effect with builders that I had contracted. Had I known beforehand how poor Sheds.co.uk are at customer service, I would not have purchased through them.”

“Brought a Adley 6’8 double overlay with window. Unfortunately, the shed is poorly made and the instructions are vague and unhelpful. Had to firgure it out ourselves. Wood is damaged and full of splinters... Shame.”

“I was hoping to put my new fence up on the Bank Holiday to prepare for the arrival this weekend of my daughter's two young children. Only part of the order was received on the due date. No gate arrived with the order. This meant that i could not do the job when it was needed. I phoned you and found that the gate was out of stock and I will have to wait until 26 May.”

“The shed is of very poor quality and very disappointing. It looks nothing like the quality shown in the photograph and as your Terms & Conditions say you have the right to supply a different product, this is clearly what you have done and with a substandard one. It is very flimsy, there are gaps everywhere in the overlap meaning that the shed is not watertight and dry. If this is the standard of product you sell, then I cannot recommend you to anyone.”
