“Ordered on 26th December, obviously I wouldn't expect it for a while but now the 23rd of January and item coming 2morro at long last , had to phone a few times as well to see where it was .”

“The quality of the shelter logic tents is unreliable. At least two of the metal poles were misshapen or without the correct holes. Repairs by a workman on site in order to get the job done resulted in extra costs. To rub salt in the wound, when I looked to the company for recompense they explained that by fixing the problem myself I had invalidate the warranty, promptly washing their hands of any responsibility. And no word of apology from them was particularly galling.”

“staff friendly and polite but they are only agents for other firms ,yardmaster international supplied the shed it came in a cardboard box 6`x21"x5" and I can pick it up and carry it with ease, this is meant to be a 6`6"x4`4" metal shed with anchor kit. when I told sheds ,co I was told there would be a £36.00 restocking charge, the shed if that is what is in the box is going back and I will never trust or buy from these people again , I also intend to broadcast this far and wide , the shed must be made of tinfoil and put together like a mechano set.”

“Was abit disappointed with my 10x6 Avon pent shed. Firstly it came on a flatbed with the ratchets so tight it bent all the panels so I’ve had to buy 3x2 timber and straighten the frame. The floor is pathetic and flimsy but stated solid on the discription so I’ve had to recover with ply so I can stand on it without putting my foot through. Only good thing I can say is it was delivered on time!”

“The item was ordered on the 11/12/17 as a Christmas present. It was only when it did not arrive on the given delivery date i.e. 18/12/17 and I made enquiries about this, that I realised the manufacturer and the supplier were two different companies. The supplier, sheds.co.uk revealed that the manufacturer had not despatched the item and was on holiday for the entire Christmas period. The supplier was unable to do anything other than offer to cancel the order and refund the cost. I accepted the offer but am now without a gift for my son. Clearly I am not a satisfied customer.”

“At first all went well when they were trying to get an order. When I wanted to hold back 10% to ensure I got what I wanted and some protection if not ( my order was £4500) I was told this was not possible and that quote.... Once the building is fully constructed our warranty and installation guarantees then activate for you to ensure a long life for the building.....Sadly this is a lie as I have had numerous issues such as damaged panels, broken window fittings, non fitting sections and defective roof. Despite numerous E mails, all that has happened is we will forward your messages to Meridian who presumably supplied Sheds UK. When I said this is not acceptable as it is Sheds UK that I paid, all future E mails have been ignored. Perhaps my rating should be very poor when it comes to after sales service. I will never use Sheds UK again and will actively tell anyone interested in sheds to avoid this company. So in a nut shell when you enquire to buy a product they jump through hoops till they get your money then when there is a problem you do not exist !!!”

“The web advised shed was in stock and delivery 7-10 days. So we purchased then were advised 28 days for delivery. Having sent email complaining, the response is you will review with your supplier. Herd nothing back since.”

“First tried to chose day for delivery by your website link, but when put my post code in it didn't recognise my post code this happen several times, only the next day that it accepted my post code and there was a delivery date for 28th September which wasn't convenient so rang up to change date for Friday 29th which was ok, got home today 28th there a card saying tried to deliver today but weren't in, so waste of a phone call really”

“Very disappointed with level of service provided. Shed arrived several days late, and we had to do all the chasing. They didn't even have the shed in stock at time of order but still took my money and promised delivery. I wouldn't use this company again.”

“My order did not arrive when promised. When contacted them about the item it was out of stock until for a further 8 days. When the replacement arrived it was lesser quality and will not last as long but I still got charged same price. Never got to speak to a manager and was told the only way to complain was in writing so there was a paper trail. How old fashioned is that? Not even by email which also leaves a trail. The only reason they got a 2 was for Daniel who I spoke to on the phone who tried to help”

“Put my order in pick my shed and base you phoned me friday left message got massage Saturday pm can't do anything about you massage until Tuesday am not happy about this have paid someone to come and put it up for meon Wednesday you should have put on your site out of stock”

“I ordered a log store. After a week, having head nothing, I called Sheds.co.uk and was given the telephone number of the supplier who was going to deliver the item. Having called the supplier I was informed that the log stores were out of stock and that Sheds.co.uk should have made this clear to me. Poor customer service experience. What's wrong with keeping customers informed? Doubt we'll use again.”

“If I hadn't requested and paid the additional £300 to have my summer house assembled I would have given sheds.co.uk a really good review. The site was easy to use, the delivery updates and option to chose your delivery date were all excellent. The shed arrived on time and the delivery driver was very nice. However my shed arrived on Saturday yet I have still not been contacted regarding assembly. At no point during the ordering process did it state that assembly would be carried out at a later date. I have called shed.co.uk twice to try and arrange a date for assembly, only to be informed they are unable to help and I will have to wait to be contacted by the company they use to construct the sheds. I said this should be clearly stated when you chose the assembly option. If I had known I would have to wait weeks after delivery to have my summer house assembled I would have contacted an independent company. I was told on the phone that the delay was due to peak season. I don't think that is an acceptable excuse, if they know it's peak season they should arrange additional contractors to meet demand. This element has let this company down.”

“Sales person did not point out VAT and delivery was not included, it was on the web but I had not seen it. Shed supplied was of poor quality,cheap wood I have had to add additional support in an effort to strengthen walls and roof. I will not be using this company again. Buy cheap pay dear!!”

“When I received the shed I ordered whilst the structure(wood appears to be fine - I have still to put up yet) the plastic windows that come with it are extremely poor. They are so flimsy it is unbelievable, they are like packing sandwiches come in!!?? Do SHEDs UK really expect this to acceptable for an outdoor shed. The description is very misleading and whilst the claim that you can hit this plastic with a hammer and it not break, all you would need is an ordinary pair of scissors and you could cut the plastic very, very easily. When I phoned to complain about this, the representative agreed that this not really suitable, he said there is nothing that Shed uk could do to rectify this. Extremely poor service- NOT HAPPY!!!”
