“Not really happy...shed turned up on time..but put just over the fence.and left on grass by busy road...but not happy spending nearly £600 and it's got no cover or protection!! Just a pile of wood and can't put it up for a few days due to weather so having to cover it myself”

“After placing my order I never received a confirmation email. After telephoning, I was given a number of a different company to call to ensure they could deliver on the date that was already accepted on the order. This company told me that as the order had only been place 30 minutes previously someone would call me back in a little while to confirm the order and date of deliver. This never happened. Received the email though on day of delivery and item was delivered promptly. I”m more upset with the quality of the items though - which are sub par. The nails used to pre-build the gable, some were sticking through, some of the wood piece were not cut straight leaving large gaps and the screws meant for the brackets, well the heads were too small and went straight through. Rang the company that delivered and they said they would mail them in a couple of days - as this was for the part that gives structural integrating to the shed we either had to halt making it - or as I did, go and buy some appropriate screws. Shed is up, and painted and looks mostly ok. However, we also ordered the 3 tier Adley shelving unit - which is actually the 2 tier one with and extra single “table” to stick / balance (not affix) on top, not very safe - made even worse because the 2 tier looks like a new born calve, all wobbly as the pieces of wood that the legs screw onto, themselves are not secured tightly to the shelf top. I’ve had to add wood glue and extra screws. Really poor product in both structure and build.”

“I ordered 3 products and it’s was delivered from 3 different companies at 3 different delivery dates/times! Seriously ? Plus the people I talked to on the phone were borderline annoyed and not professional.”

“The shed is flimsier that I expected, some joints difficult to align due to tolerance control, some of the nails missed the battens, the screws for the doors are a nightmare. The ridge timber is not strong enough to support erection loading. Ordering and delivery faultless though.”

“I placed my order online and payed over£500 then I was contacted the day before the dilvery was to arrive stating they had no stock and rescheduled for good Friday some two weeks later and once again I was contacted saying they had no stock again and I was going to do my fencing on my Easter break I then had to wait 10 days for a refund not impressed I was going to purchase a shed as well but I won’t be dealing with them again”

“The instructions do not show dimensions, leading to confusion between roof and base. Impossble to screw the doorframe and side/s together from the inside. The finish is very rough and the base and roof will not last long. Also the doors are a poor fit, I had to make a flap from spare roofing felt to put over the top of the doors and the door frame to stop water ingress. Poor value for money.”

“Youz took my order and payment and said my item would be 2 weeks to be deleverd. I phoned the delivery department and they said it would take up a month to reach the uk. Then how long it takes from the depot to my house. Poor poor service. If you’d had told me that before hand a would of thought twice about making a purchase. And on your internet page it says between 7–9 days ???????”

“It was supposed to be delivered on the 5 of March and as yet it has not arrived nor have we been contacted to tell us of a delay.we assume it is due to the snow but it would be nice to be contacted to know when it will be delivered. I will gladly re-rate you when the shed has arrived.”

“I purchased a cold frame for my wife's birthday present. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but did not arrive until the next Tuesday- the quality was very poor - Selection of timber of construction was poor. The glazing is too flimsy and is unlikely to last very long,. It did not have enough clips and will fall off as soon as we get a good wind or if a local cat tries to sit on it. The design of the props for keeping the top open is abysmal - it cannot align with the timber frame and will just break the glazing. I had to make considerable improvements to it before we could put it into use. It is more like something for the rubbish end of the allotment rather than our Yellow Book garden.”

“The shed itself is fine but the customer service has been atrocious. When the shed was delivered I made sure that I was home but whoever delivered it didn't bother to ring the doorbell. Instead they dumped the shed in the front garden. We quickly established that they had also failed to deliver one of the parts. I phoned and asked for a replacement to be delivered and was assured that one would appear the following week. It didn't and when I called again to chase it there was no record of my having phoned the first time. When the replacement part was delivered (the capping felt) it was the wrong one and I was told that I should just cut it to size myself. Obviously I'm more than capable of doing so but that's really beside the point. All in all I'm incredibly disappointed with this level of service.”
