not having the goods that I ordered I can't comment. So it's a zero for delivery

Having paid £260 for a bin store I was shocked to discover that I had to make the thing on its arrival. I am not the best at DIY and find it stressful so it took me a long time to build, it did not have any guidance holes for the screws the instructions were OK but certainly could, and were misinterpreted. The quality of the timber was good but I purchased the finished product not the raw materials from which to build it, very disappointed!!

Not a bad experience per day, on-line purchase and delivery were great. However, I purchased the 10x10 overlap/ double door shed priced at £579 - reduced (allegedly) from £999. If this was ever £999 I'll eat the shed. The board are so thin and full of knot holes (which I'll need now to fill as they let in water) and the framing extremely fragile. Floor is next to useless as it's so thin. Between each floor brace bends easily and a few bits actually cracked. I had to put another floor on top to support. This, to my mind, is not a £579 shed, let alone a £999 one.

warped panels, split panels where nails had been badly inserted, roof board badly warped and considerable number of panels very badly finished off

THE WOOD WAS ROUGH AND HAD TO BE SANDED,IT WAS OF POOR STANDARD AND DIDNT LOOK LIKE THE TOUGH OAK IN THE PICTURE. THERE WAS ONE LEG WITH A CHUNK OUT OF IT WHICH I MANAGED TO HEAVILY SAND DOWN. IT WAS A PRESENT FOR A FRIEND AND I WAS LEAVING SOON AFTER IT WAS DELIVERED HAD I HAD TIME I WOULD HAVE RETURNED IT.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery...then it didn't arrive on scheduled date...and when it did arrive, it came with the wrong parts. Good value shed and relatively easy to build no thanks to poor instructions.

Nothing was straight, every piece was warped in some way! It was fairly simple to construct but we had to make adjustments to account for the warped shapes and the doors need a bit of forcing to get them to shut because they aren't straight.

we ordered our item on May 13 and received it this morning (6 June) When I enquired earlier as to where the item was there was some hesitation and fumbling but was put on to the company supplying the product who in turn had difficulty in finding my order but as it turned out they had the wrong post code. I was told that the delivery company would be given the right post code although was warned to give them the correct post code when they phoned. True enough they still had the wrong post code!

For the price I paid I'm very disappointed with the quality of the wood used. I would probably never buy a shed from you again.

Was told the shed would be delivered on Friday 26th before bank holiday weekend....took a day off, waited in all day...NO SHED!!!....nobody to contact till the following Tuesday. Apparently the delivery vehicle broke down....so I had wasted a day off and had to work bank holiday to make up the time. On Tuesday when I rang I was told that delivery could be rearranged for Thursday before 9.30, great because my wife didn't start work until noon! Nothing appeared, hence another phone call just to be told it would be last delivery of the day...it came at 16.00 in the afternoon. Nobody has replied to my emails questioning compensation for this atrocious service....I will not be using either sheds.co.uk nor rowlinsons!

Thank you Mr Bennett for your review. We were unaware of the delay in the delivery of your shed. As for the delivery team, this is totally out of our hands. The drivers do contact customers half an hour before a drop, but a lot depends on traffic and and hold up problems and do try their utmost to keep to their schedule. Sarah Customer Services

Delivery was late, I phoned several times being finally told on the Wednesday thay my ordered had been delivered to the depot and that I would get my delivery in turn on the Friday of that week as there was a 3 day turnaround. It never came on the Friday and I subsequently phoned on the Monday to be told it was definitely being delivered on the Friday of that week. (No mention of 3 day turnaround) it did in fact come earlier on the Thursday. I'm glad I didn't take time off work to facilitate the delivery.

I have been pretty dissapointed to be honest with the service. The ETA provided on the website was never going to be met as the shed was out of stock. In the ETA section there two ETA's and I tried on numerous occasions to get an idea of an ETA - and each time I was palmed off and told I would find out when it came into stock. When it did come into stock I was contacted and of course the original ETA couldnt be achieved. Why provide an inaccurate ETA? I had booked time off from work to ensure delivery. I would definitely not recommend and wish I had bought the product from somewhere else. Let's hope when it finally arrives the product is better than the service.

I ordered a bike shed and an alarm which came later than it was supposed to and they forgot to send alarm. No delivery note regarding how many parts should be delivered either and no apology

My order was delivered on 11/5/17 --- due to the fact that i was disappointed with the general structure , of the shed . I mailed and phoned on the 12/5/17 -- to say i wished to return the shed --- i have not received any reply, I still await word of when the shed will be collected . Very bad customer service !!! I cancelled my order and received written confirmation that the order was cancelled and my money was refunded. However, my order was delivered 2 weeks later. I was assured that my money would be refunded and 21 days later, my money still has not been refunded!
