Order placed, confirmation received, money taken from credit card then received a text message to say that the order cannot be delivered as they have had to suspend activity in their manufacturing and packing operation. No email, no follow up just a random text message... website still maintains operations and delivery are unaffected. Be cautious.

They do not answer their phone. They gave me a ticket number last week but nothing further. Don't know when they will deliver my order even though 2 items were available for quick delivery on the website. I am now going to investigate whether they are a genuine company.

Firstly I would like to say the website and delivery are first class.unfortunately what was delivered was far from it.my partner ordered a 7'x5' metal pent shed, which I add is possibly the worst form of modern engineering I have come across in nearly 40 years of working... holes drilled somewhere in the vicinity of where they should be, some even drilled on the wrong side of the so called kwik clip fitting... most of which was bent/distorted so had to be straightened before you could start trying to build the panels... which are so flimsy I have seen thicker wafer thin ham... all held together with small self tapping screws that never go tight... all in all after a day of trying to work out which bits needed re drilling in the correct place and fighting with the clip title system I have given up and I will buy a proper shed when the restrictions are over and send this pile of rubbish back from where it came... stay clear people this is a definite no no that you would rather stab yourself in the thigh with a knife than try to build... I rate this -10 out of 10

Firstly there was confusion as to whom was delivering what. I thought this company would deliver the articles but two seperate suppliers contacted me with frequently changing dates. Secondly, I ordered two raised beds as I have arthritis, I checked the information and unlike the log store I ordered it did not advise that it needed constructing. I therefore thought that as it was a mobility aid that they would be delivered built. Instead I have now 2 prepacked units that I can't put together and can't use until the lockdown is lifted. It really was misleading and I am most unimpressed. The Log store was ordered at the same time as I thought they would be delivered together but I was expecting not to be able to use this for some time until 2 people can come to build it. Thirdly ,I was explicit to the customer service representative (s) note the plural that I would need the beds carrying to the back gate and this was noted. Again at this point no one clarified they were not built. However when th delivery driver arrived he had not been given this information and said it was only kerb side delivery, luckily he took pity on me when I explained that I had rung and confirmed it would be moved and why I couldn't carry it and he carried them to the back for me. He tried to explain how to put the beds together, but I don't have powertools, no one to borrow them off nor the ability to constuct them even if I did. Very very displeased.

I understand that the country is in lockdown but the website wasn't clear as I order a shed for £1200 they took my order and money then I had a message from the delivery side they said there was no delivery slots available so I requested a refund till the country was back to normal they replied with a delivery date of 06/04/20 no shed has arrived 😡

Easy enough website to use but extremely inaccurate delivery dates compared to what is advertised. Customer services is also not much help when contacted.

Unfortunately, not a great experience as I ordered some furniture which showed in stock and then waited for an update on delivery (Showed next day delivery) - after 3 days I contacted them to find out my order had been cancelled as there was no stock. Shame, they need to improve their customer service.

Still waiting for any sort of delivery information six days after ordering. Hastened customer service twice to only get vague unhelpful response. Suggest you look elsewhere for your purchase.

SPENT IN EXCESS OF £1000 ON A SUMMERHOUSE & INSTALLATION. WHOLE PROCESS PROBLEMATIC, INITIAL BUILDING DAMAGED SO RETURNED WITH CARRIER. LONG DELAY BEFORE REPLACED THEREFORE LOST MY SLOT WITH INSTALLER. ONCE INSTALLED WITHIN A FEW DAYS CLEAR ROOF WAS LEAKING DESPITE HAVING PAID EXTRA FOR A ROOF UPGRADE! NOTIFIED EVENTUALLY REPLACED & AT THE TIME THE INSTALLERS STATED IT WOULD NO DOUBT FAIL AGAIN AS FELT UNSUITABLE FOR APPLICATION IN THE WINTER. INDEED IT DID. DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS & ANSWERING THE SAME RIDICULOUS QUESTIONS TIME AFTER TIME I AM LEFT WITH A BUILDING WHICH LETS IN THE RAIN1 THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE ROOF AND DAMAGED PARTS,CAUSED BY WATER AND REFUSE TO REFUND. IN ANY EVEN POOR QUALITY PRODUCT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I am really sorry to give a bad review, but think twice before buying a shed from this company. The shed is not great quality, but that is probably reflected in the price. I paid extra and had the shed constructed. This did take over 2 weeks to happen. After a couple of weeks both windows were hanging off from the top fixings. This took 5 weeks to be rectified, twice no one came on the arranged dates. Once fixed, I then realised that 3 of the sections on one side, have warped slats with 1.5cm gaps. The maufacturer says this is normal. My previous shed lasted 16 years and had no warped slats and my previous 2 sheds also never had warped slats. I am so disappointed and have been left with a shed not fit for purpose.

I have waited a week for my shed ive had no kind of cummunication no email no phonecall no nothing and yet when I try to phone up and ask no one will pick up... I understand this is a very hard time for everyone... But yet your company is quick enough to take £600 for my order that I don't even have but yet on your website it still says delivery within 1-2 days!!

Website issue on initial order. Took payment twice. Emailed customer services who didn't address issue of duplicated payment only confirmed I'd placed an order. Phoned up and spoke to very rude sarcastic lady. WILL NOT USE AGAIN. AWFUL!

Sell shoddy products not fit for purpose and when you leave bad reviews for them they pretend to care when really they don’t. Just don’t but from these people!

Awful company to buy from. Originally authorised my return and my refund however due to work (NHS) being so busy I missed the confirmation email. They are now refusing to collect or refund me. STAY AWAY!

I was suppose to receive a gate today, but it want put onto the delivery lorry! I haven’t heard when it will be re delivered.

Purchased a cabin on the 15/3/20 and arranged delivery the next day, I was informed the date for delivery will be 1/4/20, that's 16 days. when you say delivery is 7-10 days then make sure you can do it. I left a message saying I am not happy with this but i've had no reply even though they say they will get back within 24 hours. dread to think what the product will be like or any after sales service.
