I ordered 6 x 5 feet Horizontal Weave Fence Panels with Wavy Trellis on 26th May. Unfortunately I have found that these panels produced by Rowlinsons are actually made in metric measurements 1800mm x 1500 which is considerably smaller in width than 6ft. This has involved a lot of additional work for my fitter as he has had to purchase timber for infilling the gaps. The concrete posts between panels were already in place and the 6foot panels would have fitted without infills. Your website does not make clear that there is a difference in size, the panels are advertised as 6 x 5 foot. This is very misleading. Also these panels have a different name from Rowlinsons. They are called Grosvenor Screens. I had to contact them to ascertain whether what they were delivering was what I had ordered from you. Again a confusing situation. I also noted that the price for each panel was cheaper on the Rowlinsons web site than it was on yours. I am disappointed with your web site because it does not make these differences in measurement, price and name at all clear.

So far, not a great experience. I ordered my shed online and later received an email and text advising me to book a delivery date. The delivery booking site is poor...after putting in my order details I was invited to pick a delivery date. Every time I've tried (and I've tried quite a few times) I get the following message: Error Retrieving available delivery dates Please try again or contact us on 01945 465295 if the problem persists Tried ringing the number (only open office hours) and get 'entertained' by music for 20 minutes at a time. No indication of being held in a queue, moving forward etc. I've now tried to contact them via their online contact form (about the online difficulties and some potential access issues when they actually do deliver) and haven't heard anything yet, although that was only yesterday (Friday,) so probably a bit early yet. Hopefully I'll get a response soon, but they really need to look at their customer service processes.

I don't have any idea yet of when the shed will be delivered, let alone be able to judge the quality. Sorry.

Ordering was easy, delivery a bit haphazard as received notification of delivery at 4am by email on the day of delivery! By chance I was working from home. Disappointed that there are no instructions or fixings to help with assembly, I don't think this is good service & wouldn't use again

Ordered a shed stating 3-5 delivery weeks from this company got passed over to another company who’s delivery of this same shed Is 9 weeks waiting time not happy as I needed the shed within the time frame first stated when ordered tried contact both companies about the waiting time without either one replying can’t say I would recommend to be honest

Not a good experience..... The 2 month long waiting list was accepted and not an issue at the time as it gave me chance to prepare the garden, remove the old shed and build a base for the new shed. The ordering process was easy enough and soon after ordering at the beginning of March 2021, a delivery date of 26th April was confirmed. No communication from anybody up to the delivery date. The confirmed delivery date came and went and so did the next date. Third time lucky the shed was delivered. As expected, the shed is delivered stacked on a pallet with the shed sections braced to the pallet base for stability. Bracing isn’t much use when it’s broken (probably in the courier stage) so removing the shed from the pallet was a challenge! As recommended, I decided to spray the shed sections with a wood preservative to help maintain the warranty prior to putting it up. It wasn’t until I came to spray the floor sections that I realised that one of the floor panels was clad with weaker shiplap cladding and not the solid boards as described, leading to this flor section being unfit for purpose. Two weeks later, I still can’t put the shed up as I now have the battle of waiting to be contacted by the manufacturer for the correct section to be delivered, however I don’t hold out much hope! The communication following reporting my issue from Sheds.co.uk has been ok (Ben is helpful) but unfortunately let down by other parts of the supply chain. Quality control from the manufacturer is suspect with damaged sections of wood (need to repair), rogue nails from over enthusiastic use of a nail gun and incorrect wood used on the floor. Overall a disappointing experience so far.......I can’t comment on the actual shed, as I can’t build it yet due to the floor issue...

Product - Terrible workmanship. Some pieces of wood that are nailed on has the two nails right next to each other in the middle instead of on separate ends where it would be the most effective and improve structure. Who does that? Someone who is making things as fast as possible with no actual skill or care. The devil is in the details and something like that makes you wonder about the overall quality of the product. Delivery - sent me a text message at 6:37 in the morning that my shed would be delivered between 5:50 and 7:50. Actual delivery time is stated as 6:21! Someone could have carried it all away. Didn't even knock to wake us up or call. Website - very easy to use with clear filters and clear information.

This is clearly a drop shipping company that does not know about its own sheds. Called the person up who appeared to be watching TV in their living room and asked about the delivery and was told I can pick the date, that was not the case.

Garden Furniture is fine by design, however the wood has blue marks on it presumbly from the pallet it was delivered on - I attach sample photos of the marks and the pallet

shocking to get hold of, have to deal with other companies to sort anything out, first came with no doors or felt, then doors came trashed spends a week trying to contact them gave up in end and got a refund

Ordered a dog kennel and run then realised I had ordered wrong size so emailed sheds to change the order for smaller size which they said was fine only to be told it had gone up £100 in 24hours,I asked if there was any chance of a reduction told no straight away, so cancelled my original order so because of their greed they lost out on a £520 order

Purchased two sheds online, received a confirmation email of order. No details of eta for delivery or reassurance that I will be informed of the orders progression(I know the website says 5 weeks). Received two emails asking to review website/experience. From this customers point of view, more communication and assurance that as a customer I am in good hands, is required.

The shed was delivered to a completely wrong address and my signature was Forged by the driver. There was no text as for delivery date and time. I had to organise a van to pick up the shed. Good job the home owner was honest and rang me. Phoned the phone number in the email. The lady was not interested, apparently they can't control what delivery company does. Not good at all.
