Awful quality. Spent forever going backwards and forwards to eventually get ~£50 off an £1100 summer house. I'd never guy from this company ever again. I sent them the attached photos and claimed they couldn't really see anything wrong!

Hi, We are very sorry to read of your disappointment. I can see we did offer you replacements parts, however you did not wish to wait for the delivery of the parts, therefore a Gesture of Good Will for £50 was refunded to you back in September.

Parts of the shed arrived in November. Installation was booked for December but cancelled because of missing parts. Had another delivery for missing parts (roof parts) but not all missing parts were included. I'm still waiting for a delivery of missing parts for the floor (I have half the floof), I also need bearers for the floor and fascia boards for the roof. It is now 6 January and have no idea when I will receive what I paid for. What was delivered is not fit for purpose! They refuse any discount or compensation. I'm fed up of sending emails and making phone calls. And now the site says they are not installing (and its paid for). I strongly advise people considering using this company or any company affiliated with it DON'T. They are a disgrace and the mind boggles as to how they have continued stay in business. Deal with these and you will lose one way or the other. Wish I could have my money back to go somewhere else for a shed. I'm a pensioner and they know it, maybe they think if they wait long enough they won't need to deal with the shambles thet created! This is my second review.

Terrible, avoid Ordered a shed for delivery mid November. All delivered as expected. Managed to get it erected, not as easy as the site makes out, but we got there. However, in no more than a month, the felt roof covering had completely torn apart. It's not weatherproof in the slightest, and has ripped as though it were nothing more than a sheet of paper. On contacting the Customer Services team, I have now been advised, that as this is wind damage, the felt will not be replaced, and I should "tack down the felting with more tacks as it only looks like you have used minimal tacks around the edging of the felting." (quote copied from email received). We used all pieces provided with the shed, and followed their instructions, yet it appears they are trying to lay the blame with me for not knowing that what had been provided was inadequate! Absolute shambles. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.

The actual shed was fine, no complaints there. However, I needed to cancel the installation as it couldn't be completed soon enough for me. After contacting them to cancel and request a refund of the installation fee, they replied the same day with a ticket reference and a promise that they would contact me within two working days. This was on the 10th November 2020, I have just now had to send my 5th email to them chasing this refund. No-one has had the courtesy to reply to any of my emails and I'm still waiting for my refund. This is a shame as the shed itself was fine, just the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The shed came with perished roof felt. I was blamed for this for bad installation. The floor collapsed under my weight (13stone) I was told i should have bought extra floor supports The cladding did not line up. I was told this was just how it is. The frame was broken and needed to be reinforced by extra wood. The door didn’t fit and needed planing down. Customer service were very defensive and keep to blame me and explain that repainting these faults voided the warranty. Great use of over £400.

Extremely poor customer service. Please note fine print for delivery - only deliver to the 'kerbside' and only to the discretion of the deliery team to help to property. In my case - it was about 100 m away and had to pick it up oursleves and carry it over to the property as I only got the notification delivered by text and the materials was found at the ocrner of the street away from the property. This is what they mean by kerbside despite complaining. Sheds respond was cut and paste from the terms of delivery. Second issue was the installation. We had 6 bookings of installation with no shows by the installers team. Extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate from them as we had to keep on getting someone to be at the property and then no show on their behalf. No compensation on this and finally a quick note form the installers team (after 2 months and 6 bookings later) they said to get local installers. This increased the price as I got it a package. In other word very unreliable and poor service. Beware of the above should you wish to buy from Sheds.co.uk.

Had installation cancelled 4 times, was lied to over the phone, cs promised to return calls never do. Install team said perspex was missing, but clearly seen on cctv with it. Sent emails with no response, 1st time I've walked inside the side the floor is giving way... a lot of money for rubbish.. go elsewhere, don't waste money with these

If I could add less than one star I would, ordered a shed at the end of November as a Christmas present, paid for order and selected 17th December as the delivery date so it would arrive before christmas. Rang today as hadn’t had confirmation of the delivery window, sheds.co.uk had not placed the order with mercia garden but had taken my money, now the earliest delivery is the second week of January. Insufficient apology and no explanation other than ‘these things happen’ would not order from them again and would warn others not to also.

Yesterday I placed a negative review on this site about sheds.co.uk. Sheds.co.uk replied under the comment saying that my shed will be finished that very day. But yet again, sheds.co.uk have reneged on their endless promises to make good my shed roof and still haven't finished it. As usual they haven't even bothered to contact me or even bothered to apologise. This review site allows companies to answer negative customer feedback that they have resolved your issue or are resolving the issue shorty. It's all lies though to make it look good for shed.co.uk. They shouldn't be allowed to do this. It makes a mockery of the whole review website and is clearly biased towards the company and against the customer victim. My warning still stands: Give sheds.co.uk a wide berth unless you enjoy being made miserable

I have been waiting for sheds.co.uk to finish the roof of my shed for several wet months. They messed up the installation of the roof sections, then left me with a huge patch on the felt roof and the barge boards were too short. My roof has been exposed to wet weather for months. They replaced the felt but didn't finish the job. They continue to fob me off about repairing it. Once they've had your money they don't give a damn about their customers installation. You pay for the shed entirely through sheds.co.uk but they are just the 'arrangers' of the shed. The suppliers and the fitters of the shed are entirely different entities and if you have a problem with either then they'll fob you off, blame others and make you email them yourself! Absolute misery ride. Avoid at all costs unless you love buying in grief :(

This company is truly awful. Ordered and paid for the shed on September 10th. Shed was delivered 6 weeks later. The installation team arrived arrived two weeks after that. Unfortunately a roof panel was damaged so they could not complete the installation. The new roof section arrived 12 days later. That was over three weeks ago and I am still waiting for the installation to be completed and no idea when it will be. This company never answers their phones. The installation team hardly ever reply to emails. The 'help' section keeps thanking me for my patience but never actually achieves anything. If only I had read the reviews on another well known website before buying from this company. The quality of the shed itself is average at best. The floor is flimsy. Since the roof has not been felted, the OSB has been exposed to the elements for almost a month now. I gave up trying to phone this company as they never answer. In all I have sent them a dozen or so emails and have never received a satisfactory reply.

The shed I ordered quite frankly is the worse item I have ever seen. The instructions provided were generic to any shed so useless. We item wasn't square, so the doors didn't fit without us have to manually adjust them (by filing them down). The hinges needed packing out so the screws would go through. The height of the product is just not adequate for a shed. It is a small wendy house. I can't believe how disappointed I am in this product.

DO NOT BUY !! Ordered a shed in September which arrived a month later. We purchased installation too - DONT BOOK INSTALLATION!!! They rearranged it 5 times and on two occasions didn't even turn up or let us know! Unbelievably awful service. We await a refund I would give no stars but have to complete at least one

GOOD SERVICE UNTIL THERE'S ACTUALLY A PROBLEM!!! Shed was delivered fine until we noticed incorrect parts and missing parts. We called customer services regarding the matter and was told that the correct and missing parts would be delivered, and a delivery time would be arranged. Failing to deliver their promise, we had to chase this up with customer services 3 times, each time with the same response, and each time failing to deliver! On our 4th attempt we were then told that there was nothing wrong with the parts originally delivered (and failing to acknowledge the missing parts). The explanation provided, in a poor attempt to justify that the parts delivered were correct, made absolutely no sense whatsoever and sounded like a poor attempt to just ignore the issue and avoid having to resend parts. After challenging this further, the response from customer services was absolutely nothing... they just chose to ignore the issue. Not only have they now refused to accept that incorrect parts were sent, they are also totally ignoring the fact that there were missing parts as well. We are now left with a shed with missing parts.....and will have to rectify this with makeshift parts at our own cost! We would not recommend this company to anybody! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unprofessional customer service! They will happily take your money, but will refuse to send you missing parts.

SERVICE FINE UNTIL THERE'S ACTUALLY A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS RESOLVING!!!! Shed was delivered on time, all was going well until we noticed that some incorrect parts were delivered and parts missing. Having called customer service 3 times and told on all occasions that they would send over the correct parts, on our 4th attempt we were then told that there was nothing wrong with the parts originally delivered. The explanation provided made no sense whatsoever and sounded like a poor excuse just to have to avoid resending parts. When challenged further they then decided to just not respond to our emails.......no attempt whatsoever to try to help to resolve the issue. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from here.

Orderd and paid in September, shed delivered in November. Received the wrong roof and check list/Installation instructions. Installation date eventually given for 9 December. I'm sick of emailing them and waiting for replies. Still waiting for the correct roof to arrive so installation will obviously not be going ahead on the 9th. Three months of waiting and still no indication of when I will receive the correct parts or an installation. Never again will I deal with this company! And no mention of a discount for delays, screw ups and stress they have caused me, plus the emails and the time I've put into trying to sort it. Not much point in asking questions...They won't answer them! Let's see if they answer this review 😡

I would never recommend this company. Since day 1, we had problems with them, first whit the delivery, they changed the first date they gave us with jyst an sms and with an option to decide if that is a good day/time for you, and when I contacted Sheds.co.uk, knew nothing about it becase another company (the one that produces the sheds is delivering directly to final customers). There is no internal comunication between partners companies. The installation (that is done by another different company as well) had to be cancelled because the installation manager in Sheds.co.uk doesn't know what he is doing, playing with customers, he is not serious, nor professional at all. He changed our installation date 4 times, without giving a reason. When I asked him to please confirm the 3er one, the installation manager changed the date again to one week later in just 30 min., what means he was probably giving us any date to change it again in the future. This company don't have enough resources to do the installation and be serious and professional with customers.

The quality of the workmanship on the panel construction is absolutely woeful. Ordered a tongue and grove shed, however the boards on 2 of the side panels and both the floor panels where not trimmed properly meaning the panels would not but up to each other leaving a 10-15mm vertical gap from floor to eaves, the floor also has the same gap and the heavy duty bearers would not sit flush as the boards were sticking out at differing lengths. The roof panels are too long giving a massive overhang at each gable end. There is wood treatment solution all over the glass windows, which should have been styrene. The shed treatment solution has produced massively different coloured panels which marks all over them where they have obviously been stacked on top of one and other while still wet. I would not recommend this company based on my experience of the shed they sent

The absolute WORST COMPANY I have EVER dealt with! There is no customer service & I can still not use my shed over a month after it was delivered as it has rain pouring through the roof! I am sick of calling their office about this! I want compensation for this appauling mess & my shed fixing!!!😡😡😡
