“Shed is excellent and joiner said it was an excellent shed and very easy to install. Only reason not 5 stars is because on the planned day of delivery I got a called mid day to say someone had forgotten to put shed on the van. It was then delivered a day late and I had no one to move it to the garden, quite a big problem.”

“Very good range of sheds to look at online. I needed to talk to someone before ordering and it took a while to get an answer, but I had all my questions answered quickly and efficiently. Delivery booked in for two weeks time so waiting to see how that goes.”

“Although I have put a rating of 4 of 5 I would really give Sheds.co.uk a 4.5 out of 5. Ordering process very simple. Delivery - tracking is through the 3rd party delivery agent - if I was being picky it would be better to get planned/projected dates for each stage of the delivery process. However, the delivery was quick, the delivery itself without a hitch. The shed - overall, great shed. Solid. Easy to build with enough hands helping. Very happy with it. Minor quibbles - QA of the wood being used could be a bit better - a small handfull of boards have noticeable gaps needing filled - One of the floorboards had a damaged patch with mould equating to approx 15-20% of the board surface. Didn;t spread though, not worth sending whole shed back or delaying build, quick google and some water, vinegar and baking powder cleaned the issue up and the structural integrity is still good - helps that the affected part is on the underside and not visible. - Roofing felt - not enough supplied to follow the recommended number of lengths of to be used for the shed size as per the online instructions. BUT. There was enough to cover the roof, just and no more - efficient and not wasteful of materials? Yes, but not sure that's by design. All in - very happy with the shed and 100% would buy same product and from Sheds.co.uk again. Thank you.”

Easy to order & given a choice of delivery date. although deliver between 7am&7pm recieved a message before 9am giving me a 2 hour slot 11.15-13.15 .i wss given updates on the way then arrived about 11 30 .very helpful delivery staff who took shed into my garden.Fully recomend.”

“Not good, wood has loads of holes in them,so would never be water tight. Had to saw and sand loads of it just to fit it together. Honestly you get what you pay for and it's bad .so hold on to your money and save up more and go somewhere else”

“I ordered my shed on the 1st of July, I picked this particular shed due to the fact it would be delivered in 14 days. Unfortunately after purchasing it, we were then informed we would not get delivery until the 18th of August which is longer than the shed I was originally going to order. On enquiring what the delivery time would be for that original shed the company were not helpful as they said they have nothing to do with sales and can only discuss dispatch of this particular shed. They did not supply us with any other contacts to enquire. Then once purchased I was sent this link to review the website for a chance to win a £300 gift card, so now I understand why so many of their 5-star reviews were given and the content of the reviews being about the website and not the quality of the shed. When it is eventually delivered I will come back and add a review as to its quality as ultimately that should be the matter for reviewing not the website.”

“I found the site easy to navigate. There is a wide variety of options for what I was looking for. Once I selected I could then customise my order. Which is brilliant!! I found the prices fantastic and especially liked being able to select a delivery slot. Overall a great website.”

“Ordered a 12x8 shed 11 months ago. It arrived very quickly and was eay to build and good quality. 2 months ago a couple of the boards warped in the hot weather and the T&G separated. I contacted Sheds about what to do and although the manufacturer claimed it was not a manufacturing fault (EH????), new boards were sent with instructions on how to replace them. Replacement was easy and invisible. From first contact to delivery of boards was less than a week. Thank you to Kayla W for a friendly helpful service.”

“We ordered a shed and paid for the installation. By paying for the installation, we were hoping for a full service without stress, but our whole experience has been pretty horrific. Among other things, the company refused to take the delivered shed to the back garden, and left it in front of the house instead. We had to carry it ourselves. Then, we were told that they could not install the base we bought from them! Instead we'd have to pay extra to buy a *new* base and get that new base installed. We still don't have a shed, and I honestly wish I had never tried to get one.”
