Struggling to say something positive at those time. Ordered a metal shed with floor frame on 21st August (at the time 5-10 working days was the stated lead time). Emailed to chase an eta and was told lead time now 10-15 working days. When this duration expired on Friday I made contact again and I was informed the manufacturer has dispatched to the carrier and they will be in touch. Nothing as yet and the lack of communication is frustrating. We have builders due to start work shortly and crates packed ready to store in a non-existent shed. Just wish I had taken my £279 to a company that could have fulfilled my order within the time frame stated. Just feel let down tbh.
