“A story of disappointment, communication failure and the delivery of a broken shed. I needed a shed reasonably quickly. I ordered a shed which was shown as being in stock with a 1 to 3-week delivery time. A few days after the order was placed the delivery schedule moved to 5 weeks. I contacted customer services twice by phone to ascertain if the change of delivery date affected my order. The staff promised to look into my enquiry, but after 2 calls failed to get back to me. After a further e mail I got a delivery date of 5 weeks. On the specified date the shed arrived, not from Sheds.co but from a different company altogether. Sheds.co didn't make this shed but simply ordered it from a third party. The delivery driver told me that the shed was broken. On the back of his truck, one of the side panels had been secured so tightly with a rachet strap that the panel had bent and the top frame bar and board had been ripped off. Whoever loaded the truck will have seen this happen as the rachet was right next to the damage. The driver offered to take it back, but having waited 5 weeks already I had no confidence when the shed would be replaced, or if the replacement would not arrive in the same damaged condition. I, therefore, accepted the damaged shed and repaired it myself. I subsequently asked for a goodwill refund, to cover the damage and inconvenience, but this was refused. So in conclusion, if I was looking for a shed, based on my experience I would look at the many other shed suppliers on the internet and not at Sheds.co.”

“From the fantastic delivery being kept in touch all the way to the door !! Then a great product with easy instructions to follow. Really pleased with our 8ft x 8ft corner summerhouse. Would recommend Sheds.co.uk to everyone 👌 Will definitely be using them.again for my next project 😁”

“We visited the Showroom in Stratford because we wanted to see the sheds before we finally made a decision. Max was very helpful, he pointed out the good points as well as the bad with regard to construction, grade of timbers used and durability. As there are so many sheds and summerhouses to choose from it does help to receive some guidance. Max wasn't at all pushy and we were under no obligation to make a decision there and then, he is mindful of the fact that customers have a budget and works with you to find the right item.”

“Very easy to order I was informed regarding delivery The day 2hours before arriving and when they We’re close I was also informed my shed arrived Within a week on the exact day ordered The driver was very professional He unpack and layed all the pieces out and then stacked them in a orderly fashion no help was required from us We chose to put shed up ourselves and treat wood Ourselves so fingers crossed that goes well too Thank you sheds.co.uk”

“NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Checked all the dimensions on line & from staff as I had very limited space to put the shed in. Following delivery treated it twice, started constructing it with floor & sides put up .Unfortunately the width of roof was far too wide & wider than what I was told & on line so it wouldn’t fit!. Complained via several calls & emails putting all the options to them to complete shed but never answered several calls & emails. Very stressful & wasted time . Wendy Shepherd assured me a response but Their Customer service is non existent!!!!!. Now have to buy extra materials at my expense to finish it off!”

“Having placed my order, which was easy to do. We waited for notification of it being delivered. After a few days I contacted sheds. Quick response and a few days after it’s came. Since then it’s been sat on my drive for 5 days waiting to be erected. I messaged sheds again and was given an email address of which I send a message and waiting to hear back. Not sure if the products is ok yet but customer service is appalling ….. the customer does all the running !!!!”
