“Clear and detailed website. Not so easy to get through on the phone though. However leaving a message and waiting for a call back worked: I had a product question I wanted to ask. The response I got was confusing, but when I asked it again I got a good reply.”

“I purchased an Adley 12' x 8' Cambridge Summer House With Side Shed in the summer and I would just like to say how delighted I am with it. Thank you for the assistance on ordering and fast delivery of it. I got a few friends to construct it for me and it looked great. we have been using it almost every day even in the heavy rain its lovey and secure to sit in , I just wish I have ordered it a few years ago . “Not a happy customer! The shed was delivered yesterday damaged, what makes it worse is that the driver told us even before us seeing it! Why would you let it be delivered knowing that it’s Damaged….we’ve waited 3 weeks and now we will be waiting even longer.”

“Delivery driver was excellent and it was delivered in a timely manner. Parts poorly put together and missing. Contacted company as handles missing, still haven't arrived. Had to plane the doors to make them fit. Would not recommend.”

“The ordering process was really easy and slick. I needed to contact customer services about delivery. They were super quick in responding. Whilst the lead time is 25 days my shed will be arriving in about a 10 days from order date which is great news.”

“Holt 13' x 6' Double Door Shiplap Pressure Treated Modular Pent Shed Felt panels were damaged on the interlocking side and all different lengths on the front and back, only the 6ft pieces on the side were to the correct length. Had to buy an extra panel in order to cut to the desired length and fill the gaps. Needed 14ft felt strips, as the instructions stated, x2 of 3 only 13ft 1" long, extremely tight fit. Roof panel frame beams different lengths, and struggled to secure them to the frames as the frame screws are in the same position underneath, meaning the screws won't go in unless on an angle. I'd recommend making the roof panels a complete frame on the underside, would be easier to secure the felt panels as the instructions claim. Perspex requires sealing, not provided so additional cost incurred. Instructions are based on a 7ft x 6ft instead of the one I purchased. Cosmetic issues like screws not fully home and engaged on frame sections and the door hinges, holes in the wood big enough to allow rain through on frame sections. Scratches on the door hinges. For all the faffing about I've had to do after paying over £1.2k, I'd have been better off making one from scratch. Seriously dissatisfied customer”

“Paid for a shed on 17th May 2023. Then received an email on 17th May to confirm my delivery booking for 24th June. Apparently I should have received communication from Shire, the manufacturer. I have received absolutely nothing! According to their notification email of 17th May I would receive a text message the day before delivery which is tomorrow and I have heard nothing! Also they state I can track my order on their site.......ermmmm how? Very, very disappointed in the lack of communication. I am prepared for my shed but as far as I am concerned, worried i have spent £324 on nothing!”
