do not go near them, very rude staff, once you pay the deposit, no way these cowboys will let you live in peace

Just had 2 bedrooms fitted with sharps. Can't fault service before hand and fitting. What I can find fault in is the quality. Nearly £5000 and they are not worth £2000. On phone today to customer service because one of the doors feel as if there is a bubble in it, also i thought there would be shelves above the hanging rails. They told me if i want the shelves it would cost another £32 a metre which I replied I am not giving you anymore money and they said sorry they can't do anymore for me. After all I spent it has left me very unhappy and I will not recommend sharps to anyone.

We were left with an enormous gap at the top of the cornice of over 3 cms on one wardrobe and only 0.5 cms on the other wardrobe in the adjacent alcove. We were also left with chipped shelves and the top box not boxed in at the corner and an unsightly piece of wood next to the bay window

Dear Sharps, my in laws booked you to put in new wardrobes for them. They should have been installed already but you cancelled the first date with less than 24 hours notice. The installers came this morning. They have refused to lift the flat packs and have said they are not allowed to. I'm not sure how they install anything if they are not allowed to lift a flat pack. They have also refused to do the installation as my in laws bed is still in place. Let me tell you something about my amazing in laws. My mother in law has multiple sclerosis and osteoporosis and is mainly confined to an electric wheelchair. My father in law is blind, with a bad knee from his time in the army and he is in his eighties. I would love to know how you expect 2 disabled people to move flat packs and a bed? When the sales man and surveyor visited they both knew that my in laws were disabled and the limitations that they have. We are disgusted that they have been discriminated against in this way. They live in sheltered accommodation which should have given you a clue as to their situation. They have spent nearly 5 grand with you to get wardrobes that they can access themselves to help retain some independence and dignity. They booked you because you are a National known brand and supposedly the best, however you have left them in a right state. They are upset with how they have been treated, they are worried about how they are going to manage with all the disruption in their flat and they can't even get hold of anyone to speak to. I hope you are feeling proud of yourselves

The design process brought to life the vision I had for the room and the fitter worked very hard to finish the wardrobes in a high quality which I was delighted with.

We have recently built a 2 storey side extension creating a new en-suite master bedroom on the first floor. We choose Sharps as a long established company, who offered a competitive price and a flexibility around installation. On the day, the installer completed the job in a single day without sacrificing on quality. The design represented a great use of space and did not leave any unusable gaps so to speak. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for a small amount of remedial work needed inside the end wardrobes to seal a gap between floor and ceiling, not a problem as I consider myself a reasonably competent DIYer.

Poor start. We have a very large bedroom and Sharpes are complaining that it is not an empty room. They would have less room in a 'normal' sized bedroom. I feel the whole process they are trying to intimidate us. They are supposed to be one of the best - please try treating your customers as though they are the best.

The designer listened to our needs and ideas, and was very good at keeping our budget in mind. The installer was very friendly and professional, and worked hard to finish a big job in the minimum amount of time. Unfortunately, the delivery caused damage to some of the parts and some parts were lost/missing, which meant the installer had to sort this out and order new parts while he was doing his job. This is why I have marked my review down by one star. Overall, I would say that You do pay more with Sharps but we feel that the extra money spent has been worth it in terms of getting the design solution we wanted and the quality of the product.

From design to installation all went well and I am very pleased with the finished Office and bedroom. The designer took great trouble to discuss my needs and provided the solutions needed. The installation went very well and again the installer took trouble to ensure all was to my satisfaction. Overall a very good job which met my expectations.

The actual home office we got this time is ok .. I say ok because its not as good as the one we had previously fitted in the back room. The finish on that is superb, this one is rough, especially underneath in places. The fitter was with us from 8am till 10pm, ok it gets it done in one day, but its a long day especially when you have kids going to school next day. The reason I have marked them down further is because the Sales/Office never contacted us after fitting to ask if all was ok, suppose paying the balance was all they needed! To tell the truth, I do not think that I would consider them again after this experience.
