“I would thoroughly recommend Sharps bedrooms to anyone. The staff all appear to be as helpful as they can possibly be - everyone representing the company turned up on the day that they were expected - the designer, measurement checker and fitter - even the follow up engineer (when we had a problem with one of the cupboards opening.) They all took great care and were very professional and courteous. The fitter who built the cupboards was amazing as he started off with just endless planks of wood and turned them into beautiful wardrobes which fitted the awkward angles of our bedroom perfectly. We visited the show room in Milton Keynes where we could see a full range of all the different styles of cupboards and fittings available and that was great in helping us make up our minds as to what we wanted. My only negative comment at all is that we were not given a time, only a date, for the follow up engineer's visit and it would have been helpful to know approximately he would turn up. (morning or afternoon)”

“The brochure offered a good insight to what we required the salesman came out gave us a decent quote ( though got his measurements wrong good job a assessor comes out to check everything is correct ) .The fitter came on time and did a great job”

“Used co. suggests by your sales man. To remove furniture, roll back carpet and move bed. Took 10 days, before units were usable. 8am day 1 items removed, day 2 14.30 delivery day 4/5 fit, day 10 carpet cut/refit. Stressful and disruptive times.”

“Overall very happy with the finished product and delighted with the fitter. he was a craftsman. Considering the price of the units I have to say that the unit material wqs not as robust as I expected. It looks great though. Also, I was surprised that there were no linings inside the units, unlike the old units that I took out. I should have been made aware of this as painting walls after units have been installed was not half as easy as doing it beforehand.”

“We have been happy with the planning, design and fitting of our bedroom which were all first class. However after sales service has been appalling! A week is so after installation, a couple of the door handles came off and would not screw back on. I rang and on that occasion, two new handles were posted out to us. However this has been a recurring problem the screws don't seem to be long enough and after a couple of pulls the handles come off both on cupboards and drawers. I have rung customer services on three occasions in the last six weeks and each time been promised a call back re someone coming to assess the problem. Still waiting. Not happy!!”

“The fitting ( and fitter) were very good. The large wardrobe fits well in the bedroom and is convenient to use, with good storage space. Finish, including the top of the bedside units, is excellent, and appears water resistant, and smear resistant to marks from water-glasses. We are pleased we chose Sharps and had it fitted.”

“Efficient service overall. Messed about a bit initially with agreed dates of installation, hence 4 stars, but resolved quickly and the bouquet of flowers received as an apology sweetened the inconvenience. Very efficient service from the fitter, soon installed the wardrobes and didn't inconvenience us that much. Received advice throughout choosing the design. Might be worth providing samples of handles as we're finding the ones we've chosen have sharp edges :-/”

“Overall we are happy with the products we ordered. We had two bedroom fitted with wardrobes. The surveyer quoted 3 days to complete the job but the fitter said more like 3 1/2 days - and only because he worked from 0800 to 1900 on the first and second day. Fitter highlighted a missing part which couldn't be processed that day if he didn't get the order in by 1200. Next day found a door was wrong so we'd have to wait another day for that replacement. After long discussion both items arrived next day - only because I, the customer caused a fuss. Once everything was finally fitted we were very happy with the looks. Company should review the finer processes that would make Sharps even better. Overall very satisfied.”

“The bedroom was fitted very well by a fitter who was extremely helpful. However Sharps do not tell you that they deliver the flat packs one week before the job is to start. I felt it was done at their convenience not ours. The designer was okay but when the fitter came to build the wardrobes he had to change them slightly which he discussed with us, as the storage space designed at the top of the wardrobes was not practical and would have left us with unusable space. Overall satisfied with the job though.”

“I had a fitted triple wardrobe and a single wardrobe from Sharps. I live in a 2 bed terrace so I need to make the most of all the space I have. The quality is excellent and it looks amazing, the customer service was brilliant however the downside is the wardrobes cost just over £3100.00. I'm really happy with the wardrobes however it's a shame about the price.”

“I am delighted with the job as I now have a lot of additional storage space. One of the vouchers came in handy. However, I couldn't find a carpet of my choice at the store where a voucher could have been used.”

“planner gave us what we wanted, the only thing was the joiner had to come back through faults on the door handle and the white finish on the wardrobes wasn't quite as good as we thought.”
