“Initially dubious has become pleasantly amazed. The products taste + smell good and providing you drink your daily allowance of water there are absolutely no hunger pangs. Haven't reweighed yet but have lots more energy + inclination to actually do things.”

“I have been really surpried by how delicious ALL the food is; I haven't felt I'm missing out. I particularly like the vegetarian meal options and wish the company would do more of these: for starters I suggest vegetarian sausages with lentils as well as meatballs with lentils. The milkshakes aren't too sweet and the soups aren't too thin. And I don't feel hungry, yet I am losing weight!”

“Just started with Shake that Weight but so far i am really pleased, the information is really clear and easy to follow, the shakes are thick and creamy and the porridge is lovely not tried anything else yet and i am not feeling to hungry either. All is going well so far and I am looking forward to seeing how much weight i can loose.”

“Tasty meals & shakes. There is enough variety that you are sure to find something you like. Makes it easier to count calories and the high protein content does makes you feel full for longer. The only downside is the diet makes your stools softer than normal so its important to eat more roughage”

“Absolutely ghastly products. The carbonara was really terrible and the strawberry shake was horrendously sweet and the texture of blancmange in a glass - nothing like a milkshake. Threw the whole lot away. Total waste of money.”
