“There is no other diet like this one, and I recommend it to everyone I know that are struggling with their weight which I have done for years. I have tried them all over the years including Weight Watchers, Cambridge and Slimming World and have never had the success as I have had with Shake That Weight”

“I absolutely love the cheese flavoured crisps! Have been looking for a keto friendly crisp for a few months and SOOOO pleased I found it. It comes at a price but hoping that as shake the weight grows and people purchase more that this will reduce, however for now this won’t stop me from buying these. They’re perfect!”

“Crispy caramel bar is absolutely gorgeous! My favourite! I like most of the products, already made meals are great. Shakes are really nice and creamy! Best vlcd I tried, no doubt.”

“The Shake That Weight products are great - much better than the last meal replacement brand I used. The shakes are tasty and thick, even when made with water and the meals in the green pouches are delicious and filling. The soups and noodles are OK. I find the bars too sweet and rather large for a snack - I know some people cut them into smaller pieces to munch on during the day. The support group on Facebook is fantastic - lots of lovely people, who cheer you on and can help with your questions.”

“I have tried most of the “shake and bars” diets over time, Cambridge, Exante etc. I must say that shake that weight is the best tasting and varied selection of food that I have had. Some others providers items taste like powder and the meals are awful! Not so with shake that weight; The shakes are quite thick, favourites being strawberry and mint chocolate. The meals taste great especially the curry and rice. Even the spaghetti bolognese and noodles are well flavoured and filling. I have just done this for only two weeks (4 items per day) and have lost 16lbs! You still have to have some will power to succeed as no diet can eliminate the “habit” of eating! But this will certainly help you get quick results. The only small negative is that there don’t seem to be many offers on like there are on competitors sites but I suppose you get what you pay for and you’d spend a lot more on food anyway!”

“Such a great product - was sceptical at first after trying other brands but STW shakes are really tasty, filling and no dodgy digestive issues. Fave flavours are strawberry & banana with caramel and chocolate running close behind. Recently discovered the crisps and bars too which are also great. Been on the diet a month so far, having 2 a day and a salad and have lost over a stone: excellent!”
