“I've been using the shakes for 2 weeks. Tried 7 flavours and have my favourites, strawberry, caramel and hazelnut but they've all been palatable. They mix very well with no lumps. I'm drinking 3 a day plus vegetables. My target is 10 lbs and lost 7 so far. What has surprised me is that I have not felt hungry. Very pleased.”

“Great products, making the diet so easy to follow. So pleased I found this diet on line and would definitely recommend if you have a little or a lot of weight to loose. I have a lot to loose and have now lost 3 stone. I am flexible with diet and have no problem getting straight back on it after a social occasion. I found that really difficult with Cambridge diet, I don’t know why that is.”

“Into week 7 of these products which are great. I know which flavours I like and look forward to them every day. Chocolate & banana are my favourite hot or cold, raspberry and the hazelnut are fresh and light, vanilla is great on its own or in hot filter coffee. Bars and soups are flavoursome and filling. Fantastic price for the products compared to other brands. Onwards and upwards!! Not stopping anytime soon.”

“Lovely tasty products, there isn't one that I don't like or that is unpleasant. My favourite is chocolate orange. Blend with water and crushed ice or unsweetened almond milk. Yum!”

“So I was sceptical, but, the reviews were good so I gave it a try. They are all DELICIOUS. I ordered a small batch to start with, chocolate and latte, before running out I orders a box full of assorted flavours. I have 2 a day, occasionally 3 and a main meal in the evening, I have lost 7lb in 2 weeks which I think is a good rate. They keep me full through the day which wasn't expected. My favourite shakes are chocolate, strawberry and surprisingly hazelnut (which I didn't think I would like) it's like the inside of a snickers bar. I have got my flatmate, cousin and her partner and my mum on then now, I should be on commission 😊 none of us are too heavy but lockdown has added pounds which we want off. Tip: definitely use a shaker to mix them”

“It is an excellent product for weight reduction. I have reduced My weight from 115 kg to 88 kg in the first 3 months. in a year's time my weight went up to 95Kg and in the last two months I have reduced it to 87kg again. I am planning to continue until I reach 80 Kg.”

“The shakes are great! I ordered at least one of every flavour, and they are dead easy to mix and come out very thick just using water. I did a few with oat milk on the days where I felt a little “empty” and almost needed a spoon 😁 I’ve lost 4lbs in as many days and I’m they’ve given me the boost I needed.”
