“I used to love the shakes and ordered regularly but my last 2 batches have tasted odd. Not sure if the formula has changed but i won't be ordering again. Shame, as it used to be a great product.”

Thank you for your comments, nothing has changed with any of our products we are still using exactly the same formulas. Sometimes you can find that as your body adapts to your new diet regime things can start to taste different to you. Some customers tell us that products that they didn't like when they started the diet they now find enjoyable. Also if you are taking any medications, this too can have an effect on your taste buds.

“Have had my first shake this morning. Hazelnut was a bit sweet. I found mixing rather difficult as I only had mini hand whisk. I think using a straw will extend the meal time. Previously I successfully used Herbal Life but hope this system will be less expensive. Ask me again in a few weeks!!!”

“Too much sugar in some of the Shakes. Not made clear prior to purchase. Next time I will do more research on ingredients. Water amount very critical, otherwise meals do not turn out well.”

That's not actually a correct assumption as our shakes have one of the lowest sugar contents of any on the market, for eg.compared to Cambridge shakes ours have approx 2 grams less per serving. I should also mention that the sugars are mainly from the naturally occurring sugars in the milk product and not added sugars, Doctors and health professionals have approved the use of Shake That Weight products to many of our type 2 diabetic customers to help reduce blood glucose levels.

“The products are good and there is enough variety to keep you on track. Have had a couple of orders where items were missing but these were sent out quickly.”

“Ok stuff tastes really good but choice is lacking. Offers not very many. Although I prefer your products in taste I do use another brand now that offers more options and has really good deals. They might be more calorific but they are a lot bigger and so I just cut them in half. So get even better value.”

“The porridge is vile. The soup is fair and the curry noodle is great. I did lose 10 1b in 5days which is great. A big BUT however is that I still have a large box of your packets which I can't abide any longer and I have since lost another 3 1b by eating just 500 cals per day. I can see the point of these shakes as they do work but not for me .”
