“Noodles leave a lot to be desired. Shakes are wonderful. I’m going to be working through all of the products but I’m having hunger pangs constantly.”

“I've found STW to be a game of two halves. I've tried shake-based diets before, and the shakes have been vile, watery and tasteless. Yours are genuinely delicious, even using only water. It's just a pity, then, that the food is disgusting. I thought I couldn't go wrong with the noodles, but what I'm getting from my microwave is like congealed vomit. I can barely see that noodles are actually involved. I think I'm going to finish this selection (not the food), and then change to shakes only.”

Sorry that you're having problems cooking the noodles. As all microwaves vary we would suggest that you reduce the cooking time and maybe add a little more water. They are really very popular with our customers and certainly shouldn't look congealed.

“The shakes are tasty and surprisingly filling. The meals however, although they do keep your cravings satisfied, are mixed in taste. Most have been nice, some tolerable and some I’ve not been able to eat because of the smell(chicken tikka). I’m not a big fan of the lemon and milk choc bars either, but as I say they do what they’re supposed to do and my stomach has gone down for real. I love the water flavourings, they remind me of sweets I used to eat as a child except without all the nasty stuff, and I most likely will be purchasing them, along with the shakes and some of the meals, again. The snacks have an odd taste but for someone who is really craving something savoury they will do nicely if you can see past the initial taste. The nutritional value and calorific value of the products are quite good and I haven’t felt hungry or tired eating these foods. You can go a full day feeling satisfied without having to consume more calories than you need so that’s good. Lastly I’d say the wide range of vegetarian and gluten free etc. options are great.”

“It should be made very clear that some items are not included when you are counting the amount you are ordering. I had a total of 168 items but got a much lower discount because some of my items could not be counted. This is misleading when you are looking at the total amount of products. I lost money on this which leads me to think that I might not use you again and the assistance given from yourselves was very unsatisfactory.”

Thank you we're pleased that you are enjoying our products, If the porridge is watery you are either adding too much water or not cooking for long enough.(microwaves can vary in temperature and speed) The finished product should be slightly thick and creamy. I hope this helps.

“Delivery was prompt. Items were well packaged. I enjoyed the variety of shakes. Very easy to make just adding water and mixed with my Aerolatte whisk. Excellent variety of flavours almost wish I had just ordered shakes for the week. Unfortunately I didn't like the meals; I thought they were very thick in consistency and tried to add a little more water where it seemed possible but it didn't improve the texture or flavour of the meals. I'm a fussy eater so I only tried it for a week. Highly recommend the shakes.”

“I have been buying from you for ages. But I was very pleased to receive a free shaker. ( although I cannot use it because it is split) The porridges are not very nice, this could be due to instructions possible wrong? The instructions say medium heat but after the recommended cooking time the porridge is full of water still. So I am not using those. ( waste of money ) But on a more positive note I love the shakes and noodles.”

Thank you for your review, we have contacted you to resolve the problem that you had with the shaker. Regarding the porridge there should have been a leaflet in the box explaining about the cooking. Basically as all microwaves vary, please cook and then stir for extra 30 seconds at a time until the consistency becomes thickened. Once cooked the porridge should be of a thickened creamy consistency. We're pleased that you are enjoying the shakes and noodles and hopefully now you can also enjoy the porridge.

As you only tried a few products, maybe you didn't really follow any of the plans for long enough to feel the benefit of lower calories/carbs and fats compared to other products on the market. When following our plans your body will soon adapt and your need for feeling full will be replaced with you feeling less bloated and more energised as can see from our other genuine customer reviews. If you can follow the plan correctly we're sure that you wont be disappointed.

“I found the plain porridge not to my taste but the chocolate porridge , chocolate mint shake lovely and chicken with tarragon very tasty but the sweet and sour protein meal was inedible , far too salty and frankly horrid and went in the bin.The lemon bar and honey almond bar are sort of ok I have purchased 18 more meals as I went on the taste of the tarragon chicken, I just hope I have not wasted my money . I also have quite a lot of the noodles but have not tried them yet. On a positive note I have lost a couple of pounds.”
