“Paid for Saturday delivery DPD failed to deliver items returned and great full for immediate refund”

This was unfortunate as The driver couldn't locate your address and requested further details on the Saturday so that it could be delivered to you asap but you responded telling them to return to sender and sent us a message asking for a refund which we arranged for you.

The shakes should be quire thick and creamy so your comments would suggest that you are not measuring the water correctly.Please double check that you are using what is advised on the pack. You can always vary the quantity to suit your personal taste. Sorry they didn't fill you up, most customers find them very satisfying.

“Early days yet (I've had one shake, one soup and one meal) The shake was lumpy but the taste OK and the meal was bearable but looked awful. Will see what the next packets are like before deciding. The soup was the best of the three.”

The shakes shouldn't be lumpy they should be smooth and creamy. You need to mix in a shaker (like the ones on our website) or in a blender or with a whisk.

Thanks Sarah. I think you may be looking at incorrect figures regarding the carbs in the previous shakes that you used. For example Cambridge shakes contain 14.1 grams per serving.

“I thought the shakes and bar were good. The noodles tasted fine but the microwave dried them out. I tried a chicken meal and thought it was horrible. The spinach sauce was gloopy & gelly like - quite disgusting.”

“The mint chocolate flavour shake tastes amazing, imagine eating a Feast icecream (liquid version obviously) for breakfast, lunch and dinner 😆 The price is reasonable and the delivery was as expected.”

“I ordered the products to be delivered on the Tuesday 17/04/2018 - with instructions to be left at the rear of the house in the cat house. The goods did not arrive until the Wednesday but i was out - order went back to the local Post Office Collection point/depot. So i could not collect until the following day as i was at work. I have not yet tried the products - this is my first order which i was supposed to get a free shake that weight container to mix the products in- it was not in the parcel - also a booklet on how to use the plan, it was on the invoice - but not in the parcel. I have telephone and left a message - awaiting a response.”

I'm sorry but as you selected Royal Mail there is not an option to add delivery instructions as the parcels are sent "tracked and signed for" I have checked your order and unfortunately no brochure was selected however this can be downloaded from the website or we will be happy to post one out to you. Regarding the shaker, these were only free with orders over £65 so I'm sorry that your order wouldn't have qualified and also that offer had finished before you placed your order. The free gift on offer currently is a pack of Appetite suppressants.

“Shakes, meals, bars and snack crisps are delicious, soups and porridge are OK, noodles, pasta and sweet wafers are disgusting. Had lots of trouble ordering (website not working, bits missing on delivery) but overall I am losing weight.”

“Its flavours are good but the shakes are not that thick and I do not feel full up. Luckily with the other products I ordered I am having some food with it. I would not be able to just eat the shakes and soup.”
