“Huge mess with payment & delivery and the man I spoke to wasn't listening to what I was saying about the mess that had been created by the online incompleted purchase. He kept telling me to ignore the delivery messages I was receiving but he was proven wrong eventually, after 3/4 phone calls to shakethatweight. I hope the product works better than the purchase process I experienced”

“Shakes are delicious strawberry & banana my favourite. I have a question i dislike the soups i got in the four week package could i please exchange the soups for curry noodles please don't mind paying for postage. I did spend £125 . Awaiting a favourable reply”

“The shakes are lovely and think and flavoursome. The meals are disgusting in my opinion. Looks and taste like babyfood. Will be buy more shakes and maybe trying the soups.”

Thank you. We assume that you mean the Noodles as they are the only meals that you ordered. You are probably not adding the correct amount of water or are overcooking them as they should be quite a substantial texture.Please try them again as they are really popular although we realise everyone has different tastes.

“Had my first day today. Porridge is ok(need to get use to texture and maybe add cinnm.) Veg soup for lunch which was nice( I added mixed herbs and pepper) for dinner i had 100g of chicken with a green veg and mushroom stirfry(no sauce just oil and spices. Drink-2 1/2 litres of water and 2 cups of green tea. 1 can of diet coke. Mid day snack stw dark chocolate bar which wad nice. Going to try noodled 2morrow. Keep you posted”

“On day 3, so far so good. Porridge is nice with cinnamon, almond and maple bar is also good. Noodles & Soup are ok, nothing spectacular - not sure how long I will keep going with out getting bored but will try.”

“Order came very quick in a brown cardboard box so very discreet, love the bars especially the chocolate yoghurt museli bar very sweet can't eat it all at once however the noodles and the porridge absolutely awful I can't even eat I've tried twice but horrendous so they've gone in the bin...... so just gonna stick to shake and bar and have low calorie evening meal”

Really sorry that you didn't enjoy some of the products. They are actually very popular but everyone has different preferences and taste buds. Pleased that you are enjoying the shakes and meal replacement bars.

“Came quickly and I really a great concept with a good price. I have only been on the plan for a couple of days so not sure about the weight loss yet. Shakes are nice but quite sweet, soups are good but I use more water as they are very thick. Had the lemon bar today - quite disgusting hopefully the others will be nicer!!”

Manufacturer clearance products – A line of products developed by our manufacturer that have short shelf lives* and come in unbranded packaging. They have been developed within the guidelines of our diets and will work on all STW plans. When they are gone, they are gone, so grab yourself a bargain! *Can be consumed upto 12 months past best before date..

“My order was delivered quicker than I thought it would. I have tried the shakes and they are not filling as a lot of the reviews stated. I gave the soups a try, I love mushroom soup, but this was very watery and not very tasty. I will give them another try, but overall I wasn't as impressed as I expected to be.”

Thank you. You need to remember that when following a low calorie diet plan you will be consuming far less calories than you would have been with your previous meal and snack choices . Some people don't have a problem adjusting however It's not uncommon when starting on the plan to not feel as satisfied as you would have done after eating a high fat high carbohydrate meal. After the first few days your body should adjust and you should start to feel healthier and have more energy so please don't give up too soon.

“Have tried lighter life in the past so knew what to expect the shakes are better flavours and the bars are also better however the soup tastes very powdery and the porridge very gloopy not tried the noodles as yet”

Thank you. If the soups are powdery the water probably wasn't quite hot enough, If this happens you could always pop it into the microwave to finish off. If the porridge is gloopy just add more water or milk.

“The noodles and soup are really good. Not keen on the shakes as I find them too watery. So I am using an alternative shake and ordering their noodles, soup and porridge. Porridge is far too sweet but persevering with it. If you could make it less sweet it would be better. Already lost 4 pounds though in the first week so a good meal replacement plan and have just placed a second order.”

Thanks for your review. Could you check that you were using the correct amount of water with the shakes as they should be quite a good consistency compared to other brands. Another reviewer a few days ago mentioned that they are a little thick. Please feel free to adjust the water content to your personal preference.

“not very happy everytime i have ordered its not been right 4th time wont be ordering again 2 shakes short of first order 3 on 2nd 1 on third then 4 milk choc bars in this one sent email to customer services and nothing and no replacement bars !!”

Thank you. Can you check that you are mixing with the correct amount of water as our shakes are generally remarked on as being thicker and creamier than others on the market.

“Products are great. Had an issue with my delivery, products not left in safe place even though was confirmed it would be. Contacted company told it would be redelivered same day it did not happen.It would have been nice to be informed the delivery was not going to happen.”

Really sorry that there was problem with your delivery. we contacted the couriers who advised that the driver would return the same day to deliver your parcel. unfortunately we were unaware that this wasn't going to happen so obviously were unable to send you any further information. Usually the delivery company are excellent however as with all companies, occasionally problems occur which are out of our control and we can only apologise for the inconvenience.

“I was well impressed with the email/text updates. It fell down on the delivery. The time slot I was given never happened. My delivery took place 4:30 hrs after it should have been.”

Sorry to hear that your delivery was late. Usually the 1 hour delivery timeslots advised to our customers are pretty much spot on. We can only assume that your driver had some unforeseen issues.

“I did lose 4lbs over 2 weeks but I had to stop as the products made me very constipated and I had painful trapped wind. So it's not for me and I'm now left with approx. 2 weeks of products that won't get used. ??”
