“I love the shakes especially caramel and cafe latte, I love the snack bars especially those that include chocolate and peanuts. 4 weeks in and 1 stone 1lb lighter. Never hungry.”

“Loved everything ive tried so far .from the shakes bars meals . Ive done the cambridge diet before but Shake That Weight are far better . The soups are so much tastier . Reasonable priced too .would buy again .”

“I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, but OH MY. I received my order in fantastic time, and had my first shake this morning (hazelnut) it’s just incredible, I would say you can get away with around 500ml of water because of how thick & creamy these shakes are! Insane, well done and thank you! Will be buying again!”
