“I have only been following this diet for 2 weeks but have had amazing results. There are only a few products I do not like as that is personal taste but there are so many I do like it does not restrict me.”

“I cannot recommend Shake That Weight enough. I’m doing TFRD using shakes, porridge and noodle meals and they are delicious, which makes it so much easier to stick to. I’ve lost 17lb in two weeks and just received another six weeks supply. A bonus is the Facebook page which is full of like minded people who offer amazing support and guidance. Can’t wait to carry on my journey.”

“I only sent for the taster pack, came very quickly, lived the strawberry shake and big choc bar, also the musili but not keen on the tomato soup, very watery and little taste, rather make my own or have it out the tin.”
