“Most shakes good in taste and value. Meals not very enjoyable. Noodles and casserole type meals not enjoyable. Bars are very nice but expensive.”

“I stumbled on to the STW site by accident sounded ok thought I would give it a try, the shakes are really amazing so thick and creamy! Only replace one meal a day and have still lost 1st 2lbs over 3 months!”

“2nd day in after trying the sample the beef noodles is lovely although I was worried the portion size was minimum it kept me full no snacking now im on the keto tfrp and my partner is i really like the cafe latte and choc and vanilla flavour my partner like the choc flavour for sure and he liked the chicken curry noodles too however is is struggling with the portions and is hungry I don't feel hungry as much so far so good the plan is worth it and the price is reasonable per week in comparison to other products out there I would say put water with the shakes instead of milk as its less powdery”

“Absolutely awful. You can shake, blend or whisk using milk or water and they're still lumpy. Every flavour tastes like liquid sweetener and nothing else. They refuse to accept returns despite items obviously being unopened. Absolute waste of money, do not make the mistake I did and steer well clear.”

“Doing really well on the plan 3 weeks in and both husband and I are well over a stone lost each. Foods and drinks are tasty be nice to have a little more vegetarian choices..but I am enjoying noodles etc.”

“I make the shakes with water, my favourites are White chocolate and raspberry, Caffe latte, chocolate. Then mixing Caffe latte with caremel is awesome and mixing chocolate orange and vanilla is awesome too. I have three double shakes a day (six shakes) for six days then a feast day on Sunday. Loosing 5lb a week on average.”

“My fave diet ever!! So good!! Easy to do and I’m enjoying it. I have lost 31lb since I started and I am very close to me target weight. Love the choc orange and mint choc shakes also the crispy bar. For savoury love the curry noodles and spaghetti bolognaise. Has changed my life!!”

“I've found the quality of the products generally high. I like the shakes (not too artificially sweet) and the ready meals in the pouches such as the chicken curry and butternut squash tagine. However I'm not too impressed with the dehydrated stuff. The spag bol is OK in an emergency but the soups were not very nice at all.”
