“Tastes nice-better flavours than other companies”

“Works well, easy to stick to. Chocolate and vanilla flavours are lowest sugar from the variety I have ordered. Some are quite high sugar, would be great if that was displayed on website.”

“Flavours are lovely (I have mine with Almond milk). I really enjoy the white chocolate with raspberry (surprisingly not too sweet), chocolate orange and choc mint but they are all tasty.”

“To be honest I haven't tried the meals. I tend to stick to the shakes and bars. I love all the flavours in both. The bars are so filling yet you feel you're having a naughty treat and the shakes are so creamy.”

“Although everything was well packaged and sent quickly, i haven't anything good to say about the shakes. They are disgusting, i had the strawberry one and it was vile. It repeated on me until 10pm (i had taken it at 10am).”

“These products are really nice compared to others, the shakes are nice flavours and the hot meals although not substantial are very tasty. I am impressed with the products and have tried them for a few weeks on and off and you can see and feel weight loss after. The snack bars are really good too and are great for when you fancy a snack and I haven’t really felt hungry on these shakes and can easily exercise on them. It is hard for the first few days to adjust but after that it’s ok and getting into a good routine and looking forward to evening meals.”

“They were lovely meals but unfortunately couldn’t eat them as they contained too much in the way of spices and black pepper. As a sufferer of acid reflux I have to eat very plain food but that can be just as tasty. Have now passed the remainder to my son!”

“We love the Shake we ordered; my favourite flavours are Choc Mint, Banana and White Choc & Raspberry. I'm not very keen on the Strawberrry flavour but enjoyed the others as mentioned above. My husband loves the Hazlenut and Vanilla ones too.”

“I'm enjoying it so far. I've lost 8lbs over 2 weeks. I like the breakfast porridge and museli the most. The packet noodles such as blazin chilli and spaghetti are nothing like a real meal but they ate tasty nonetheless. The banana and strawberry shakes are my favourite flavours in that product. The chicken soup is only just passable and I wouldn't buy again. All in all I'm happy and will continue.”

“I am nearing 60 and believe me have tried everything,The shake is by far the best i have tasted and after doing a night shift i have a shake before bed instead of buttery toast.Ordering and delivery excellent.”

“I love Shake That Weight shakes - I lost 1stone 10lbs in 28 days which gave me a real boost for our belated holiday to Gran Canaria - I like the simplicity of the diet 3 chocolate (my favourite) shakes made with water but still very delicious and fulfilling then a meal of 400 cals no more than 40grams carbs- stick with it and you'll soon see the weight drop off too.”
