“My shake that weight Journey is going really well, coming into my third week now and I feel great. I’m enjoying all the products....haven’t found one I don’t like, Very tasty! I have already lost half a stone, my start weight was 12st 9lb I am now 11st 12lb feeling very excited to reach my goal weight and with shake that weight I feel I can get there. I have already recommended shake that weight to two of my friends There is one down side the horrible copper taste in your mouth but you get used to it, and you must drink the water amount recommended.....it fills you up if nothing else”

“The beef stew and chilli are really nice and the chicken and ratatouille. Great for a quick lunch or add extra veg for a main. Soups nice and bars hit the sweet spot”

“unfortunately I paid fir next day delivery but it arrived 2 days late. The shakes are really tasty, as are the bars, the soups are pretty hit and miss”

“The product is reasonable in taste, some product a bit pricey like the shaker, I am surprised that a recipe book for one meal was not included. so much easier it have would been for people who are new to this. I have lost 5lb in one week which is lovely .”

“I have found this diet one of the easiest to follow and have lost 22lbs in 3 months to get to my goal weight. I love the shakes, the noodles and the vegetable soup. The bars taste good but some have sweetner which I find irritates my digestive system! I have to say however that I'm not so impressed with the meals and have generally made a low calorie meal for the evening myself.”

“Love most of the shakes not the hazelnut 1 can't take to it I love all the bars also not so keen on the noodles my weight loss have been very slow but I would recommend anyone to give it ago”

“As far as VLCD products go, STW are a reasonable company to buy from. I am very selective with the products that I buy. I don’t find the porridge or shakes very enticing or appetising and the dessert pots are awful I’m afraid.....overpriced and unpalatable: both the chocolate & vanilla have a very ‘chemical’ / artificial flavour to them and do not resemble either of the true flavours- very disappointing....My faves are the ready meals which are reasonably priced and palatable , offering the satiety of having eaten a ‘meal’. I tend to buy them when there’s an offer. My fave bars are the lemon and the muesli- substantial & satisfying. The water flavours are good but messy to use & slightly over priced! Supplies and delivery can be patchy though! Worth taking a browse through the website.”

“I have found the whole ordering process to be quick and efficient. My daughter and I are doing this together ........ she really likes the chocolate shakes and I prefer the coffee ones. We thought we might order some different flavours to help stick with it. We are both losing weight nicely.”
