“Was with the opposition with a counsellor coming to my home which was no good products the same but a lot dearer plus she kept changing days and time which was not ok for me. Changed to STW nearly the same products delivered to my door no pestering from people who knew no more than myself. now losing more weight faster cheaper & not limited to 21 per week Husband loves the bars so is losing as well”

“The strawberry and vanilla shakes are very good. The bars are nice too, just a shame there is such a limited choice of gluten free snacks and ready meals.”

“Not all the products come up at the same time while shopping, I did not find all the products under the 'SHOP' label and had to order a second time. I love the bars and the porridge, I lost 7lbs in the first week and only felt slightly hungry a couple of times. I have not tried all the products yet but I am very pleased with this outcome so far.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. The shakes and bars are a bit over sweet for my taste - they also leave a slightly bitter aftertaste. I assume that’s the artificial sweetener used. But otherwise they taste ok (best when blended with ice and a bit of espresso coffee!). I’m not feeling particularly hungry which is great and do seem to be losing weight (only started 3 days ago) so fingers crossed.”

“Some of the dried meals smell & taste quite unpleasant. The shakes are delish and of the premium meals I have tried I have enjoyed, with the addition of fresh veg. As with all VLCD's it is difficult to adjust but there are plenty of choices for sweet/savoury to plan your daily nutrition. The snacks are also tasty but a little expensive for what they are.”

“Always good service from STW. Limited range of products & stock can be ‘patchy’. I enjoy the bars and some of the ready meals. I don’t purchase the shakes. I always note the calorific value of those & some of the savoury snacks. as some products are quite high & not suitable for me remaining in ketosis based on daily carb allowance. Generally good company for purchasing low carb products from, for a bit of variety.”

“I'm used to a shake for my breakfast but thought i'd mix it up abit and try something different. Can honestly say the white chocolate and raspberry is delicious, like drinking a normal milkshake but without the guilt! Would definitely recommend.”

“Bought the taster pack of these to see how they were, the shakes are absolutely gorgeous! The creamy ham and mushroom soup I had to add more water to as it was very creamy and the chicken noodle dish was alright. dishes overall were nice and so im looking at continuing with these. delivery was next day with a detailed plan guide. cant fault them.”
