“I have been consistently losing weight on Shake That Weight plan, and my partner has lost a significant amount in the 8 weeks we have been doing it. There is a good variety of products, and my favourites are the shakes (particularly the chocolate one!) and the ready meals.”

“I really like the shakes. The shakes are really tasty, especially the banana, strawberry and mint choc. The noodles I struggled with being completely honest. The smell of the chicken and vegetable was a bit off-putting but I ate them. The chicken curry (I think they were) were a little more palatable.”

“Most products are great especially the protein crisps, loads of flavour. Most meals are really nice and filling. My favs are spag Bol, beef noodles, curry chicken noodles and the tikka.”

“The shakes and bars and the chicken soup are really good love the pumpkin seed ones and you just don’t feel hungry .would be good if you could pay a one off payment for delivery as you find your favourites and like to order them more often and still have to pay postage on top that’s my only grump xx I am celiac and they have stuff for me .”

“I have enjoyed the meal and noodle packs in particular, plus the shakes and porridge ( although a little on the sweet side for me). The soups, however, I find very powdery despite following the instructions correctly and am left with a rather gritty taste.”
