“I love this full meal replacement diet - so easy to follow and great weightloss. STW have a better range of products that are gluten free and that don't use maltodextrin than any other brand and I prefer the taste, too (a while ago I 'treated' myself to a more premium brand and it didn't taste nearly as good as Shake That Weight). I'm a fan of the maple and almond bar, but I love the new Chocolate & Peanut 'Big One' bar. The STW branded shaker is excellent - I can trust it not to leak and it survives in the dishwasher, too. The delivery via DPD quick and reliable.”

“Have only tried two of the four starter pack. They were both so awful I don't want to try the others. Both far too sweet. The porridge made me feel sick it was so sweet.”

Thanks for your review. Could you please check that you are mixing with the correct amount of water as your comment is quite unusual you may be adding too much liquid.

“1 week in I have been doing shake that weight total replacement for one week and I am shocked by the results. During this one week I have managed to lose an entire stone! I am very impressed and am now looking forward to the next week to see what I lose.”

“Finding your web pages confusing I telephoned and spoke to a member of staff and ordered a starter pack, happy with the taste I then opened up your web site and and set about ordering &4 items for a 4 week program. Having placed them in the cart I was unable to find how to make a payment. There was no visible points to click on to make the payment, so I cancelled the process.”

Thanks for your review Malcolm. I'm sorry if you were confused by the website. You just add the items to the cart and then when you have finished just go to view cart and proceed to checkout where you then add your details for delivery and payment. If you have any further problems please call us after the Bank holiday and we will be happy to take the order over the phone for you or talk you through the process if you would prefer to do it personally.

“I started using these products and within 4 days I had lost 5lbs. Most taste lovely and it's easy to stick too. I found the carbonara to be less palatable but the mint chocolate shakes are bomb. Keep calm and shake on!”

“I started this programme at the end of May 2018 and was very cynical about it working. I had struggled since January "calorie counting" and only lost 4.5 pounds in 5 months. The first week I was really surprised how I wasn't starving or lethargic or moody. Yes, I was hungry but it was a hungry that you get used to very quickly and easy to manage. At the end of my first week I lost 5.5 pounds and was absolutely over the moon. Every week since I have consistently lost weight apart from 2 weeks on holiday where I didn't follow the plan - but even then I only put 3 pounds on as my whole mindset has changed. I have now lost 1 stone 5.5 pounds in 10 weeks of following the diet and am over the moon. The products are all actually OK - the strawberry milkshake is lovely made with chilled water and the snacks are great for the evenings. The only thing that is awful is the "porridge paradise". The only way I can manage to eat it is by putting a lot of cinnamon in to mask the flavour and smell. But I still eat it every day!”

“Losing weight, (4 and half stone) is life changing. Using shake that weight takes all the worry of getting enough nutrition, shopping, cooking etc out of getting your weight down. I needed something I could trust and quick. I have slowly retrained my attitude to food, and knowing I’ve got my favourite chocolate porridge in gives me that safety valve if you are struggling with a health problem or just can’t get all the ingredients in of a healthy meal. I would reccomend it to anyone who dreams of finding the right product that works, you can trust and help shed those extra pounds or stones in my case.”

“The site is easy to use, there is a good variety in the food choices and the ordering process is very straight forward. The food itself is surprisingly tasty considering they are of the "add water and microwave" variety. I will say that the initial opening of the packets brings with it a smell that may seems off-putting and unappetising but that can't be helped and doesn't reflect the flavour after preparing it.”

“My daughter and I are trying it and I am very happy with my own evening meal with the daytime products which are easy to prepare and stops me thinking about food prep so much. My daughter, age 44, is doing the full works and sticking to it very well so far along with child care, jobs and homelife. (My concern is that she had a kidney problem after her last birth two years ago so I am stressing to her to drink PLENTY of water and maybe check with her doctor soon.) Thank you”
