“My daughter and I are trying it and I am very happy with my own evening meal with the daytime products which are easy to prepare and stops me thinking about food prep so much. My daughter, age 44, is doing the full works and sticking to it very well so far along with child care, jobs and homelife. (My concern is that she had a kidney problem after her last birth two years ago so I am stressing to her to drink PLENTY of water and maybe check with her doctor soon.) Thank you”

“Have been on a similar shake diet and switched to this one as although they are slightly more expensive per item, more thought has gone into the products ie low carbs and sugar. Will be ordering more.”

“I still haven’t received my product it was ment to be here Wednesday 15th every day I have had an email saying delay still not here when I have emailed back no one has got in touch, your quick enough to take money out my account but still no products .”

I'm sorry you have left us a 1 star review for customer service when we have had no previous contact from you. The e mails regarding delivery come from DPD the couriers and it will have been them, not Shake That Weight that you have been replying to, we were not aware that you were having a delivery issue. We will contact DPD and find out what the problem is and try to get this sorted asap for you.

“Porridge, shakes and bars are all tasty.Couldn’t use soups or dinners because of food intolerances. Really no hunger problem as I expected to be starving”

“This is my 3rd week and have lost 13lbs really please. The £3.99 protein meals I was not keen on. But everything else really surprisingly tasty. Have just tried the zippers to snack on could only have a couple as just needed the savoury taste didn't need a whole bag.”

“I can't give 5 stars as I haven't tried all the products. The ones I tried are lovely. I had the chocolate peanut bar and the beef noodles. I tried the chocolate shake, don't want to say it isn't nice but I tried other brands that are tastier. One thing I can say, dont order the Carbonarra its gross!!! Made another order today with the things I liked and also a few other pasta dishes.”

“SUPERB SHAKE FLAVOURS( CARAMEL MY FAVOURITE). MEALS TASTY AND FILLING. ALSO ALTERNATIVE TYPES OF MEALS FROM SACHETS TO MICROWAVEABLE SO NO GETTING BORED WITH THE SAME OLD PRODUCT.”

“Ok ,so ,low carb diets are HARD day two and three are a misery ... however push through it and with shake the weight you will see results and fast ... boredom for me now is the down side , but the results keep pushing me further .. be in the right headspace before you start the diet and you will succeed!”

“Only just into the second week but 9lb lost in week 1. The food is tasty but shakes and porridge seem a bit too sweet. I like the noodles. Very nice to have something hot.”
