“I'm only on my 2 nd day .but the shakes I've tried ...white choc and raspberry and hazelnut and the caramel crunch bar were lovely .I'm very pleased with my 1 starter pack and ordered 3 wks more yesterday which came today .very happy”

“I chose the shakes and one optional snack diet plan for two weeks. Ny favourite shake was the cafe latte and the snacks were delicious. I have lost 9lb in two weeks and am happy with the progress I’ve made to date.”

“Most of the products taste lovely. There have been a few i didnt like but thats personal taste. I'm definitely losing weight which is great. I do think the microwave meals are to expensive for what they are compared to other microwave meals i have bought.”

“Packaging is good, products taste ok, im glad to see the Gluten Free options have expanded since I did a couple of months last year. I dont know the reason but for the first 2 weeks all products give me a really bad upset tummy!!”

“tasted a lot nicer than I imagined. The bars are my favourite, and wish that you did a bargain pack, as you do the meal packages. I’m not in a hurry to lose weight, so am doing it at my own pace. Eg: an having 2 meals with having my own porridge, then having my light meal in the evening. So far I think I have lost about 1 or 2 pounds.”
