“Tastes great and if you follow the clear guidance the erignt comes off. I have lost 2.5 stone and still losing . I can also have a special meal on birthdays and get ns k on track the next day So simple... love it. If you want to get slim and stay slim then go for it No bad side effects.”

“I'm afraid its too early to give much feedback. I've got lots of normal fresh food at home still waiting to be eaten. So I'm replacing one meal by one of your shakes each day at the moment, with the intention of increasing this to two/three replacement meals per day.”

“Price is very reasonable compared to other diets consisting of VLCD shakes. The shakes actually really do fill you and get rid of any hunger pains”

“I found the shake very filling and the bar substantial. Took me quite a while to eat the bar as it was chewy in a good way. The only one drawback for me is that the strawberry shake is far too sweet. I hope the others aren't as bad.”
