“Overall I'm happy with the product. It has a good taste. I was disappointed that there was no support information with the purchase. As I am pre-diabetic I would have liked some guidance for use.”

“Very tasty and good variety anyway it would be very nice to have new products because when you do this diet for long time you can get bored even if everything is very good. Unfortunately many things go out of stock and it takes long to have them back.”

“Not quite taken to it. Lost 4lb first week and 1 on in the second week. Just beginning the third week & enough for beginning a Forth week. Did a similar diet called Lighter life about 13 years ago & managed to loose 3 stone but age and 3 major operations in the last 12 months has greatly slowed me down so not as active as I was & weight not coming off the same. I miss some real food & don’t like chocolate so in general always eat healthily.”

“The only shake I like is the cafe latte, the others are either too sweet or have a synthetic taste. The chocolate and orange porridge is also far too sweet.”

“This is an efficient outfit and the meal replacements are pretty palatable as these things go. The savoury items are better to my taste as the sweeter items are just too sweet.”

“Omelette very nice and so is the chocolate muesli. Not so keen on the packet dinners. Soups very nice and shakes. Tge ready meals and bars are too expensive”

“Shakes are not only edible, but nice. Pouch ready cooked meals are really good. Chocolate based bars are really nice. I like the simplicity of simply knowing you're just having any one of the meals, shakes, soups and all the stress of trying to get stuff made is not a concern.”

“Having done Lighterlife many years ago and losing 4 stone in 3 months, i knew this approach to dieting works for me. STW is a much cheaper version having done some research, so skeptical about the quality. Took the plunge and ordered 8 weeks worth as i need to lose 2 stone for my wedding after sustaining a knee injury and not being able to exercise for a few months. Day 2 of starting the diet I needn’t have worried the shakes, soups and bars i have tried so far have been great, although marked down a star as the porridge is not sweet enough for me (likened to LL version) but im hopeful and positive about the next 8 weeks. The only other negative is that the pack I ordered didn't come with a shaker so had to go out and buy one. Maybe when ordering the bulk packs it could be a prompt option to purchase one in the basket (at a reduced price) would be helpful. All in all v.happy new customer.”

“I’m only on my 1st 4 days, weight is dropping off. Actually really surprised how ok the ready meals are, I am a veggie so have had a couple of curries. I am a bit hungry but it’s going ok and feeling good about the 11bs disappearing”
