“I thought the prepared meals were delish. But the sweet bars (crispy strawberry) were very hard on the teeth. Otherwise all good Especially the crispy snacks. Perhaps more salty options would be good instead of so many bars, shakes etc”

“The pouches of curries are so easy to heat up and have for maybe lunch depending on your intake of food. I would prefer the rice to be separate as it does not look nice when poured out onto a plate or in a bowl but even so, the curry meals are so tasty. I did ask if the Chicken was the breast but I have had no reply so can you come back to me on this question, please?”

“So far, I have tried the cafe latte, chicken soup, pea soup, tomato soup, spaghetti bolognese, chili beef, chocolate and ordinary porridge, chicken noodles and muesli. All in all, they're good. The pea soup is so so, but the tomato soup is disgusting and went straight down the sink.”

“I’m on day 3 so far and wow I’m loving it. Love the shakes. Love the bars, the packet meals are questionable but still eatable. Definitely will be re purchasing.”

“So far so good but early days - my stomach has been really grumbling - I added one hard boiled egg to my lunch today as I felt really hungry - am drinking plenty too so hopefully it will work for me - love the peanut and chocolate bars and the strawberry shake”

“Never been a fan of caramel flavoured shakes but this was really nice. Still to try chocolate and cappuccino flavours which I am not a fan of. Great to start the day. M al replacement bars are great, especially if you’re on the go.”

“Ordered the big tubs for 1st time. 1st impressions were not great as could not find the measuring spoon....it was right at the bottom. Packets are easier if travelling about with them. Still good taste and enjoying the plan.”
