“Tasty shakes & bars and great delivery service too I've been on them just 3 days today and have lost 2.5lbs very happy as weight was just going up daily and cutting down wasnt helping I'm feeling more energised now too 👌”

“Hi we are currently using another brand of bars but decided to try some from shake that weight bars that were 50% off bars are excellent flavours and taste nice my only disappointment is the company we normally use always has 100 bars for £109 And yours have limited flavours at the bigger discounts But in saying that would try more from this site when available at the bigger discounts Regards Chris”

“I love the fact that you can plan your calorie intake using the data provided on each of the packets of food. The breakfast cereals are much nicer than I anticipated. I'm not so keen on the dried pasta meals or the soups, but the packaged evening meals are really tasty and I can rely on the portion control. I add fresh vegetables to these and am happy that I know what I am eating. Overall I am very satisfied and also the delivery is very very quick which is very important when you want to start a new diet!”

“this is early days for me, I only started the shake that weight 6 days ago and have been asked for a review. The milkshakes I have tried so far all taste nice except the strawberry, that tastes a bit synthetic. The only meal I have had is the curry chicken noodles. Lovely flavour. So far so good I would say!”

“I’ve just started this diet plan and have tried the bars, I'm really enjoying the dark choc and the milk choc which are tasty. I also tried the chicken noodles and creamy pasta carbonara. They were easy to make but they didn’t smell or taste very nice! Both tasted powdery. I forced myself to eat them. I have some shakes to try so hoping I’ll have more luck with those.”

“I have used shake that weight on and off, varied success first time but think that’s due to myself not understanding the diet and the evening meal content, measuring carbs etc. this time I have stuck to products only and found it easier. I think there could be more offers when bull buying large meals sometimes. Now and then products you really want are out of stock but generally quite good.”

“I've only just started using these products so it's quite early to be writing a review, but in short it's good to be able to order products and find the information you need online. All are clearly labelled so you can follow a calorie-controlled diet and leave more time to exercise. Previously I'd used the Cambridge Diet but found the cost, and the fact that you could only order through one of the reps, prohibitive. The STW products are just as tasty, very similar in format, easy to order/plan and arrive very quickly. My one disappointment is that the lemon-flavoured snack bars seem to be permanently unavailable - they're my favourite! Also, since I have a food intolerance to cocoa (which rules out chocolate!), it would be nice to have different options in the pack deals.”
