“First time using shake that weigh and so far so good . Order came within 2 days and shakes are very nice . My only issue is i though the shakes were going to be 200cals each but looking at the packets they are all over 200 for example the vanilla says 218 and by the time you add the milk it’s over 800 calories a day .”

“I used the starters pack to tast out some of the products, the shakes are lovely, the Pea Soup was nice, I dont like mushrooms so thats a no go straight away, I havent tried the meals yet. The bars are great to take out, Ive only tried Dark Chocolate and Muesli & White Chocolate, unfortunatly the rest are out of stock.”

“I enjoy the Water Flavouring drinks. The Lemon and Orange and the Blackcurrant. Have had them now for over 7 years very refreshing. I am happy to recommend them”

“Tried 2 shakes and 2 bars - the trial pack. The bars are very filling. The shakes are ok though the cafe latte was not to my liking the strawberry was ok. Will probably try a few more products.”

“I like the porridge , the pea soup, the noodles with chicken and veg, the spag bolognaise, anything that tastes like food really. The shakes are ok for convenience.”

“Good variety of products. The Shakes can be made with water which is a bonus. Peanut bar and Caramel bars very good taste and texture. Ready meals/pouches are also good. Delivery is prompt.”

“I am now on Week 4 and after 3 weeks have lost 24lb which I am over the moon with! I have the Chocolate & Cafe Latte Shakes and Milk Chocolate, Crispy Caramel & Muesli & White Choc Bars as these are my favourites! I didn’t get on with the ‘meals’ at all so don’t buy those! Great service - order comes really quickly! I would just like to know if you will ever have the Dark Chocolate Bars in stock as I remember liking them when I did this diet before!”

“Bars and shakes are tasty and filling. Not a fan of the noodle products I've tried though. Apart from the portions being tiny they just don't taste great and are quite peppery.”
