“I’ve used a couple of the top rated diets ie: Cambridge 1:1 and Exante ( now discontinued ) had been looking for a long time for something like the 1:1 but with the bonus of not having to see a consultant before the products being available. These products are very effective for quick weight loss, balancing calories, especially as I work from home and I know I have a healthy go to - I love the bars and meals, I like to feel like I’m eating .. highly recommend this diet - tasty and extremely effective!! 5 star”

“Week 1 and I have lost 5lb Shakes have been really good. Intact much better than I had expected. I bought a varied selection of flavours all around 200cal area and they are doing their job all very tasty. Thanks”

“I've had no problem following any diet other than I always need something sweet and crunchy, so this diet is a dream come true, I have 3 bars and one packet Meal. I tend to space 3 hours apart, and are filling with a cuppa until the next meal.”

“Weight is coming off 3 stone in 3 months. MilkShakes are tasty. But I don’t like the savoury ones. I use the bars sparingly when I need to feel naughty especially the lemon bar when it is in stock. 5 stone left to loose.”

“Quick delivery , packaged well. Good support from the team and users who are on there journey , great ideas . Weight loss is always very good . Shakes I use I enjoy . Only one or two I have bought are not to my taste so will try another flavour , over all I love them Weight loss is good , very happy . Found app a little slow on ordering , but could have been for other reasons of mine . Would recommend definitely shake the weight plan .”

“Love these shakes! Have tried strawberry, vanilla,cherry Bakewell,lemon cheesecake and choc hazelnut. I mix all mine with fridge cold water,even the ones that aren't just for mixing with water and they come out thick,creamy,no gritty bits and delicious! Gorgeous flavours, gorgeous shakes.”
