“Love the ready meals! Wish i'd have purchased more! Chicken tikka, Chicken curry and Chilli meals went down a treat!! Cherry bakewell shakes are 10/10 and my go to flavour, but I also love the cinnamon and lemon flavours. Sadly, lemon was out of stock on my recent repurchase though.”

“This was my first order, the site was easy to use and lots of lovely flavours which are really tasty and satisfying and definitely doing the job.Its very hard for me to lose weight and have tried many diets so very happy with my first 5days loss of 5lbs. I don't expect it to be so much next week but anything will be better than nothing and am determined to carry on with these tasty meals. Great product at a sensible price.Well packaged.Thank you.”

“I've been on the Shake That Weight diet for 3 months and have lost 22lbs so far. I love the shakes and bars which I combine with one healthy meal a day. “Great choice of meals, I opted for two types of porridge, three flavours of soup, the risotto and two types of noodles, three pouch meals and a variety of bars (I have a small piece of one of the bars after my lunchtime soup and the remainder after my evening meal). Everything that I have eaten has been very tasty although I will add a little seasoning to the risotto next time I have that. The delivery was very swift and when I discovered on checking my order that it was short by two bars this was rectified quickly. I have only been using Shake That Weight for five days but my scales are showing that I have lost three pounds and I can honestly say that I have not felt hungry at all. A good start I feel. I did buy the patches, but did not find they stuck very well.”
