“Ordering was easy and came quickly. I have used company previously and know that it works if you work the programme Looking forward to starting and seeing the changes it worked before and got target weight. Haven’t had anything yet as it came 11:30am but will be starting at teatime today for next 12 weeks. Shakes, soups etc are tasty and of the past I felt satisfied and not hungry. Eating too much of the wrong things I’ve put 1 stone with 6 months so it’s got to come off and New You Plan is the way to do it.”

“The milkshakes are really good, i have them for breakfast and they keep me full all morning. My favourites are vanilla, banana and strawberry others I'm not so keen on but it's just a matter of personal taste.”

“First time trying these products and really happy so far .Especially the pancakes and omelettes they are lovely . Enjoying the soups and museli breakfast cereal . If I had one criticism is that the products that have added sweeteners are too sweet less but be great especially in the shakes and porridge . Fab delivery ,very responsive to orders and good value for money”

“My husband and I love the flavours. Our favourite is the mint chocolate. I don't eat breakfast but I have a protein shake around 10 and that keeps me going till I have my lunch.”

“I’m on day five and enjoying it. I don’t find the shakes particularly filling. It all tastes good. Would love if it didn’t contain so much soy but as a short term experience it does what it needs.”
