“Absolutely gorgeous products. I highly recommend the Spaghetti bolognese and the Chicken curry noodles, absolutely amazing. Always well packed and fast delivery too. I highly recommend this weight loss plan. I’m down 5lbs in 4 days and feeling great! I have lots of energy too. Thanks STW. Fab!”

“I purchased some soups and some muesli for breakfast. Soups were very tasty and filling, so was the Muesli, so I have ordered some more, I have also ordered some other bits I haven’t tried yet but if they are as tasty and what I have already had then that would be great. I look forward to eating them. Highly recommend and good value too”

“This diet works the same as the Cambridge diet or 1:1 but it’s more manageable as you can have milk in your hot drinks and drink sugar free squash if you don’t like just water. It’s easier to stick to. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to lose a little quicker than normal plus it’s better than slim fast.”

“Customer service is great! Reliable delivery and the products are fantastic! I was actually given TDR products by my doctor but when their company let me down with delivery I purchased these products so I could get started and I’m so glad I did.
