“I need somebody to tell me if it is two bars and one meal or three bars and one meal. I dont like shakes they make me feel sick”

“Having tried the porride and the noodles i can say that this diet is not for me as both these items were unedible as the tasted disgusting. Not only did they tase terrible but the overall consistency was extremely unpleasant. I purchased 2 weeks worth at a cost of over £90 based on all the previous customer reviews. I might as well have burned £90 as you do not accept returns on the basis of Health & Safety which i don't understand as each individually wrapped item is unopened and is a non perishable product. I have to say that i am very disappointed with the whole experience.”

“I ordered taster pack after reading great reviews on the product. I tried the chocolate cereal and I have to say it was very unpleasant - j couldn’t eat it! I don’t understand how people rave about these products! Sorry but I’ll not be purchasing any more!”

“The shakes are lovely but the rest are tiny meals taste sweet and awful. I ordered 4 weeks and don't think I can continue so need a refund if possible. Not good”

“The porridge was terrible, it was watery, lumpy and no amount of stirring or reheating helped. I was so excited and now I'm left hungry. I haven't tried the meals or shakes yet, but I am not optimistic after the tiny sachet of sludge.”

“Ordered some bars. They were inedible. So incredibly sweet I couldn’t eat them. The amount of sugar in the bars was loads. Not really a healthy meal replacement choice.”

Sorry you found the bars too sweet for your taste. The sugar content is mainly naturally occurring from the milk products, they conform to all regulations for a balanced diet meal replacement product.

Royal Mail attempted to deliver your order on the 10th but there was no one home. You should have had an e mail or text message from them and also a card left so you can contact them to arrange re delivery.

“Finding your web pages confusing I telephoned and spoke to a member of staff and ordered a starter pack, happy with the taste I then opened up your web site and and set about ordering &4 items for a 4 week program. Having placed them in the cart I was unable to find how to make a payment. There was no visible points to click on to make the payment, so I cancelled the process.”

Thanks for your review Malcolm. I'm sorry if you were confused by the website. You just add the items to the cart and then when you have finished just go to view cart and proceed to checkout where you then add your details for delivery and payment. If you have any further problems please call us after the Bank holiday and we will be happy to take the order over the phone for you or talk you through the process if you would prefer to do it personally.

“I still haven’t received my product it was ment to be here Wednesday 15th every day I have had an email saying delay still not here when I have emailed back no one has got in touch, your quick enough to take money out my account but still no products .”

I'm sorry you have left us a 1 star review for customer service when we have had no previous contact from you. The e mails regarding delivery come from DPD the couriers and it will have been them, not Shake That Weight that you have been replying to, we were not aware that you were having a delivery issue. We will contact DPD and find out what the problem is and try to get this sorted asap for you.
