“Unfortunately i dont like the taste of any of the products so im not using them which is a shame & a complete waste of money”

“The lunches are in edible I am on day 5 and have been unable to eat the lunch each day they all have the same taste and are completely disgusting. I would never purchase this again because of the lunches and feel like it is not good value for money.”

Thanks for your review. Not quite sure what you mean by "the lunches" as we don't sell any specific lunches as all of the range can be used for anytime of the day. However unlike our other happy customers, sadly our products are clearly not for you.

“Good product . But latest order has not been reveived. Contacted coustomer service who replied quickly with a sugestion. When i replied to inform them that royal mail require the sender to make contact i have heard nothing back. Still dont have product but have paid so unhappy. Have used shake that weight many times....but will find an alternative .”

“The shakes wouldn't mix properly. I tried a hand whisk etc but still had lumps and cldnt drink it.”

As with all products of this type, add powder to water and mix preferably in a shaker or use a blender or electric whisk. They will mix perfectly and be smooth and creamy as you will see from other customer reviews.

“As i write this, I still havent received my order and have to go to the post office tomorow to collect it. Very disappointed at how long it has taken to arrive.”

As we have tried to explain to you,Your order was Dispatched on Monday and delivery attempted on Wednesday but no one was at home (you chose Royal mail economy 3-5 working day delivery so this was actually very quick) We have also explained to you that you just need to respond to the Royal Mail message to re arrange the delivery, you don't have to collect unless that is your preference.Thank you for your message telling us that you have had really poor service and will not be ordering again. Sorry to hear that.

“Shakes ok food vile absolutely awful the porridge resembled glue and the so called noodles were disgusting couldn't stick to the diet well over priced 😧”

“Very disappointed with the product, I should have checked the nutritional information properly first; way too much sugar and nothing of particular nutritional value. Anyway gave them ago. They tasted nice enough, needs major amount of shaking/whisking to get smooth. But not at all satisfying, left feeling way too hungry. Only pounds lost was the money wasted on them.”

All of our products contain 1/4 of your RDA of vitamins and minerals. The sugar content of our products is one of the lowest for these types of product and comes from the naturally occurring sugars in the lactose. Regarding mixing,they mix really quickly and smoothly in a sports shaker/with a whisk so please check you are adding powder to water as per the instructions.

“I ordered a weeks supply of bars and milkshakes. I started today and had the muesli bar for breakfast and a cup of tea. I did not like the taste at all and about 10 minutes later felt really sick. Subsequently I was sick. I contacted an advisor to see whether I could return the remainder of the weeks supply unopened and was advised they do not accept returns. I am not on any medication so the only thing I can think of is artificial sweeteners and colourings must have been the issue. Word of advice as there is no returns and no customer satisfaction guarantee I would order a limited amount until you know (a). if you like it and (b). can your body tolerate it. Feel very disappointed with the lack of customer care. If the products are as good as they say there should be a customer satisfaction guarantee S Cliff”

“I placed an order and received the order twice. Despite this being their error, they are adamant I have placed the order one after the other which is incorrect. I wouldn't place one order and then duplicate the same order straight away. I now have two lots if money taken out if my bank account and am having to pay to return the products and get the money back, even though this wasn't my error!”

The orders were placed 9 minutes apart from each other. we have no facility to take extra payments from customers other than the ones that they personally authorise.We accepted that this was an error on your part and arranged for DPD to pick up the parcel. You were advised of the pick up time but there was no parcel available for collection and the driver obtained the name and signature of someone at your place of work to confirm this. You told us that no one had called and that was no one of that name had spoken to the driver, even though it was the same name as someone who had signed for a previous delivery at that address.As we have been charged for the delivery and also the failed collection we have now asked you to return the parcel so that we can arrange a refund.
