“Unfortunately I seem to have had a reaction to the products. I have been experiencing severe stomach cramps with green loose stools, so am having to stop.”

The sugar values do seem high on paper but its important to remember that the majority of this value comes the natural "simple" sugars in milk used to make the products, which is not the same as free (added) sugar. In fact each shake has approximately 5g of free (added) sugars which is the equivalent of a teaspoon and we only use naturally sourced sugars in our products. The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the "total sugar" figure found in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits. “The products caused me a serious constipation after taking it for 4 days. I purchased a bundle for a week and stopped using it after 3 days. I’m still struggling to take it off my system. The microwaveable products taste chemical and nothing like actual food. The shakes to be honest taste good but again not tasting natural. I feel like not only I through away my money & half these products but so concerned about what it’s done to my body :(”

“Very disponted . Never had all this trouble before bad customer service. They charging enough cost gone up so much. It's not cheep now. Should have had free delivery to my door not asked to to run small over the country to pick it up got to wait for a refund now. Won't be using again.”

I'm sorry you feel this way. You could have had free delivery to your door but you selected a specific pick up shop when you placed the order.

“Claims to be a keto style diet, using 4 of their products takes you in some cases well beyond the recommended carbs to be considered for ketosis, have yet to get a response to an email about a refund for being miss sold the product. Recommended keto level being 20-50gs of carbs a day, 4 of their products will take you close to double this!! Making ketosis close to impossible”

“Chocolate shake is not good at all. Can't taste the chocolate- just overwhelmingly sweet and artificial. Had to mix it with unflavoured shake and some anilla extract and decaff coffee powder to get it down. Do not recomend. The unflavoured one is okay though.”

You can also cook the hot products in a pan on a hob. If the products you refer to are powder, just add a little more water and cook gently.

“Dreadful website. Payment now requires Shakethatweight contacting my bank for a transaction approval. Every time I do that the transaction fails. Wasted so much time, when previously the orders went through as a normal payment. Ended up purchasing through Amazon, paid more but no grief trying to pay. Total rubbish”

The process you are referring to is called "3D secure" and it is controlled by your bank. It is an industry-standard security step people have to complete when paying by card. It is not requested all the time but your bank sometimes requires it if something about your transaction looks different i.e you are in a different country than usual. Unfortunately, we have no control over it and if you have trouble passing the security questions then you will need to contact your bank.

“Very disappointed. Can’t find my original order and it arrived without invoice but l believe I got stuff I didn’t want like porridge and spaghetti Bol which I find nasty and insubstantial. I wanted more of the bars which I quite like. Also the shaker comes without instructions and I can’t work out how to use it. Overall I feel it has been a waste of money.”
