“My order never arrived”

I'm sorry that DPD have had issues delivering your parcel. Unfortunately once dispatched we have no control over the actual delivery. We replied to you yesterday to say that we had contacted them and your parcel would be delivered today. I have just checked the tracking and it is on a van now on its way to you.

“Soups. Unpleasant taste and flavour. No matter how much blended still very powdery texture. Waste of money and very disappointed as my head was in the right place to lose weight and get fit.”

Sorry you didn't enjoy the soups. They are very popular with our customers and shouldn't be powdery. I think maybe you didn't have the water quite hot enough which would cause the product to not dissolve as it should.

“I was starving when on this. Home at night I was having a massive dinner. My wife said I looked yellow when on it. Didn't even finish the order.”

“Not happy at all recieved my sample £4.99 package came through my door qll ripped up with milshake powder everwhere, threw it in bin very dissapointed as was looking forward to trying them out”

Thank you for your review, if you had contacted us we could have resolved this earlier for you. Royal mail attempted to deliver your parcel on the 28th April but there was no one available. They are holding your parcel waiting for a response from you to the e mail and card left to arrange re delivery or collection.

“Found the chocolate bar very chewy to the point of being difficult to swallow, couldnt finish it. The porridge was more like over thick baby food in texture, although i did manage to eat it all i wouldnt again. Would have said price was good compared to other makes. But as i couldnt eat it i cant.”

“the meals weren't as tasty as they have been made out to be, didn't look very appetising. the shakes aren't very nice unless you've got ice water. I tried all of the flavours I brought and they weren't nice at all! I have wasted over £100.”

“Verrry bad delivery service, I read about the product and was very excited to try it. I made an order on the same day which was 11/11/2017. Since now I have not received anything!!! Knowing that I have been staying at home for the whole day and don't go outside just to keep waiting my parcel and still can't get it!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED :(”

Thank you for your review. Your order was received at the weekend and dispatched on Monday 13th. I have checked with the international team and it seems that delivery was attempted to your address in Germany on the 15th but no one was available to receive the parcel. “I enjoy the noodles, so I decided to try the chicken tikka masala. Oh my goodness absolutely awful. I had to eat a chocolate bar afterwards to take the foul taste from my mouth and the cooking smell made the kitchen reek, was nothing like the real thing. Would definitely not recommend”

“The lunches are in edible I am on day 5 and have been unable to eat the lunch each day they all have the same taste and are completely disgusting. I would never purchase this again because of the lunches and feel like it is not good value for money.”

Thanks for your review. Not quite sure what you mean by "the lunches" as we don't sell any specific lunches as all of the range can be used for anytime of the day. However unlike our other happy customers, sadly our products are clearly not for you.
