“Thank god I found something that tastes nice and works and is affordable. I have two shakes a day and evening meal .Banana and strawberry are my favourite flavours. But they are all nice really. They are not a magic cure to being over weight .You have to have the wilpower to go with them and your evening meal has to be healthy.I lost 3.5 stone in 12 weeks .Then had a break now back on it again. So far there the best shakes I have tried for dieting and believe me I have tried many.”

“Very good and quick service, I’ve lost about 6lb over 2 weeks so far, I love the pancakes, the almond and pumpkin seed bars and all the shakes are nice , only tried 1 meal so far but have ordered more to take camping! And for when the rest of the family have a takeaway”

“I love the convenience of using the shakes plus they are super tasty. I have bought myself a hand held blender so I can take to work with my sachets. It’s so easy and I have my shake prepared in seconds. I can’t praise these enough, even if I wasn’t watching my weight, I feel like I’m having a milkshake without the guilt and they have all the nutrients I need. I can’t believe anything can be so tasty that is actually good for me .. win win. Thanks Shake That Weight for such great products.”

You can also cook the hot products in a pan on a hob. If the products you refer to are powder, just add a little more water and cook gently.

“Dreadful website. Payment now requires Shakethatweight contacting my bank for a transaction approval. Every time I do that the transaction fails. Wasted so much time, when previously the orders went through as a normal payment. Ended up purchasing through Amazon, paid more but no grief trying to pay. Total rubbish”

The process you are referring to is called "3D secure" and it is controlled by your bank. It is an industry-standard security step people have to complete when paying by card. It is not requested all the time but your bank sometimes requires it if something about your transaction looks different i.e you are in a different country than usual. Unfortunately, we have no control over it and if you have trouble passing the security questions then you will need to contact your bank.

“Have used this in the past and had good results . Now weight back on I’m using again! Favourite flavours are caramel and the banana. I use the shakes can reccomend. Haven’t tried snack bars etc”

“Love everything about Shake That Weight - choice of products is really good and everything tastes great. Price is reasonable - better than other diet plans and with the ease of the web-site and speed of delivery I have no excuses about delaying the start of my weight loss! I find it easy to follow and stick to and it works around my diary too. Have even tried the snacks this time - wafer bars keep my hunger away and although I thought they were expensive I only need 1/2 a bar for a snack so better value than I thought. I know I will easily loose a few pounds before my holiday in June.”
