“I’ve tried a few different companies but really struggled to find nicer tasting shakes and meals that didn’t have the horrible aftertaste of artificial sweeteners etc. shake that weight ones have been fantastic! Not found one I didn’t like yet! I’m really enjoying them, I’m following my own plan and having shake that writ meal replacement for breakfast and lunch and a healthy dinner which is going well for me so far. Definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a great tasting meal replacement product. Company have been great and dispatch is always super fast.”

“The shakes are thick, filling and very tasty. Soups, noodles and bars are great too especially the dark chocolate! I tried the sausage and bean pouch meal, this was yummy, definitely ordering more!”

“I'm a great fan of Shake That Weight. The products taste good, are reasonably priced, in my opinion, and lead to fantastic weight loss results. The best thing for me is that I can manage the diet, by myself, without needing to go through a consultant. Support is there if you need it, however, through the Facebook page.”

“Lemon bar vile 2 small cubes beef in beef stew left nasty after taste chicken and chorizo More sauce than anything Nachos too hard broke my front tooth and too coated with flavouring. All bars with nuts etc not chocolate very good muesli suprisingly good most ready meals ok but become samey and big variation in meat and bean content Noodle meals ok porridge ok shakes quite good chicken and sweetcorn soup firm favourite. Chicken curry ready meal got a kick!!”

“Tastes great, works well, products are far better than anything else I've tried on the market. Delivery method could use some work though, I've "missed" a couple of deliveries that never rang the doorbell.”

“I didnt' enjoy the meals and shakes very much, My pre diabetic clinician has advised me there is too may of carb sugers so i will not be reordering.”

Thanks for your review but I would question your comments as the shakes are the same composition as the ones used for the Newcastle University diabetic diet plan. The sugars are naturally occurring in the milk product and the carbs are very low, typically 10-12 grams per shake when mixed with water.
